8/10 obvious attempt to clean up review padding…. 6 new reviews in 3 hours? Replies to the 7 positive within the same hour? Review padding is a Federal Trade Commission violation…. Update 08/07 after the very obvious review padding. My previous provider told the officer she discharged me. Several issues here. Medical records say otherwise. My email requesting to be discharged says otherwise. Furthermore, by admitting that I was a discharged former client, the provider confirms that no active provider-patient relationship existed, completely invalidating any claim that her unauthorized disclosure of my historical psychiatric data (and past relationship issues???) was part of an active clinical intervention or emergency medical safety check. The BWC footage also shows the officer coaching my previous provider for approximately 25 minutes before the phone call is placed, with my previous provider even asking the officer if she was allowed to call me and threaten me with harassment charges because of a consumer review, and the officer told her yes you can that. Way too many red flags, i’ll keep the 2C:’s to myself. Update after receiving the 48 MINUTE Body-Worn-Camera footage, via OPRA request. My previous provider can be seen and heard, upon immediately hanging up after the 17 minute ‘harassment warning’ phone call with me about my reviews and her job/reputation, asking the officer “i didnt say anything incriminating did i?” In which the officer responds “no, you’re fine”. In the 48 minute BWC footage, my previous provider felt the need to lie to the officer, saying “hes suing his ex for asking her to jump on his back and she jumped on his back” in which the officer responds “yeah thats not gonna go anywhere”. That fabrication specifically was a deliberate act of administrative defamation, coupled with a severe HIPAA breach. Saying that fits the bill of N.J.S.A 2C-28.4, a violation of New Jersey’s law on false police statements. I am sharing my first-hand experience as a former client to help other consumers make informed choices. This public office handles critical consumer feedback with extreme, retaliatory measures rather than professional dialogue.When I expressed dissatisfaction with my care, the provider intentionally brought a local police officer into her office to facilitate a phone call threatening me with civil legal action.I have since obtained the official law enforcement records via a New Jersey Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request. The report explicitly documents that this intimidation tactic was entirely premeditated by the provider. Furthermore, the records show the provider improperly disclosed my private, past medical history to a town official during this civil consumer dispute. Bypassing county jurisdictions to weaponize law enforcement and violate patient confidentiality over a business review is an egregious breach of professional boundaries and public trust. The official police report documents this call was (partly) initiated because the provider felt her reputation was being harmed, and the BWC footage will confirm the exact nature of this interaction. In addition, there is incredibly inconsistent documentation about my discharge date. Between what my provider told the responding officer, whats written on my discharge summary, and the date on the email that I asked to be discharged… there are 3 different dates. Again, current OPRA recods, BWC audio/video when provided, and my personal ‘paper trail’ coupled with a 4:03 long call to dispatch, and a 17 minute call with my provider as the responding officer stood next to her. Lets not forget the threats of legal action, the AXON link the responding officer gave to my provider (seen in OPRA) and in the report my provider was advised on how to proceed with legal charges against me (seen in OPRA.) All things considered, this points more towards a law-enforcement weaponized scare tactic to save a provider’s reputation (BWC footage will show her admitting that) than anything. I strongly advise prospective clients to seek care elsewhere.
