Best therapist I ever had ! Nice welcoming environment. Also helping me with financial advising . They even have life coaches . From pottery to dungeons and dragons they offer a number of events and activities! Coming here was a great choice. Finding good people is hard. I am happy I stumbled on Integrative wellness.

She had some great tools to help capitalize on my motivation and helped make progress seem very attainable. I highly recommend giving wellness coaching a try!
