I do not recommend this practice. Never have I been treated in such an accusatory manner, as if I were lying about being unable to get an appointment at another specialist. I was made to wait 15+ minutes while the NP called around to verify my statement. She also couldn’t have seemed to care less when I mentioned I’d been sick recently. Overall, I’ll just be staying away from AdvoCare as a whole.

While I acknowledge that COVID vaccination protocols are confusing and have not been well-publicized by the state, your Primary HCP should never tell a patient, "you'd be better off consulting Google." Especially when the patient is a senior with serious health concerns. Medicine is about science serving humanity, not the other way round

Wonderful experience! We took our two week old to see Dr. Kadri Aygen today and he was great. As new parents he went over everything with us, and put our minds at ease.

Worst service ever. I am due for a refund. I was told I will receive it in 6 weeks but it has been 6 months now and yet they do not have an update on this. Fed up of calling them again and again to narrate the whole story.

This place has the worst customer service. The front desk miscommunicates and immediately puts you on hold at all times. The pediatrician are only available at a very limited time frame- 10 am- 5 and no Fridays, which is very inconvenient for people that work full time. The pediatrician miscommunicates and wastes the client’s time by having them come in. The front desk never has a good answer and is not appropriately trained. This place is terrible. I don’t recommend this place. I switched from Advocare Parsippany because I moved, but the Parsippany office is way organized, front desk is amazing, doctors have convenient hours- it does not compare at all.
