Made an appointment online, knowing it wasn’t a guarantee time slot. It turned out to be right on time. Professional and kind receptionist and Doctor, not just to me but to everyone waiting and arriving for an appointment. A few weeks back I was at an Omnimed in Florham park which was not helpful and definitely not kind. Which is why I chose the Excel Urgent care of instead. So glad I did!

Sitting in the room for over an hour. Took a nap in my chair. Nobody came by. Great sleep, but now I need to figure out why I'm sick. That would be nice.

Was placed in a room within 5 minutes of walking through the door only to wait in the freezing cold room for over an hour to be seen and be treated as though I was a waste of their time. Staff was extremely rude. Girl at front desk and nurse with dark hair are lovely though and deserve a major raise especially if they have to continue working with the blonde nurse that’s glued to her phone watching tictock videos and the female doctor. Said they would call in a prescription but the pharmacy doesn’t know anything about it… Still don’t even know what just happened but at least I’m home? Guess I’ll head back to a real doctor after my nap 🤷🏻♀️

Was sick with a respiratory/sinus infection or virus, went to get the most basic of breathing exams and maybe an antibiotic. Was clearly, visibly and audibly, ill. Was turned away on the basis that I didn't have an appointment by the receptionist when the website and google page CLEARLY states walk-ins are welcome. Terrible, uncaring service. Would never go there again. Would have been in and out in all of ten minutes. There wasn't a soul in the lobby wait area.

I scheduled an appointment ahead of time for an X ray, only to show up and be told no X ray techs were available that day. I found an imaging center that would perform an X ray given that I had a script. I asked the front desk to see the doctor for a script, and they told me that my appointment was cancelled due to there being no X ray tech. I would have to get back in line behind everyone else in the office, and would likely not be seen before the end of the day. It is very disappointing that the staff would not be flexible enough to help me at least receive a script. This business should pre screen their appointments and be respectful of their customers. I paid for a babysitter and took time off work to make this appointment, and walked away with no progress and a (still) broken hand.

Had an appointment for 6:15 and waited over an hour. No patients came out of the rooms in the last hour, So WHAT WAS THE WAIT FOR!! There were 4 other people waiting over an hour as well. What's the point of making an appointment if they can not even see you within the hour. I have a family and small kids that needed to be fed and in bed at a certain time. My time is precious TOO. Did not get seen until 7:30. If I wasn't in A LOT of pain I would have left.

Ended up walking out before I was seen. Waited in the waiting room for 45 minutes waiting to be seen and people were just walking in and being taken back to rooms before me. I will not be back.
