Professional, pleasant, proficient and reasonable! Very difficult to find all of those things at a dentist's office. I will be scheduling appointments for the rest of my family at this practice.

The Smilist Dental is great. The staff is friendly and nice. The service is awesome. I hate going to the dentist but they make going not so scary. Everyone is personable, so it's a comfortable atmosphere.

First time patient- everything exceeded my expectations, what a fantastic experience!The preparations with the electronic forms before the visit were great. The front desk staff was so friendly!My hygienist was second to none- so friendly and then so good at what she does.And then the dentist was fantastic - super friendly.The visit was efficient but not rushed. There was no waiting. It was just perfect. Highly recommended!

The staff and doctor were very informative and personable. Jordan was able to fill me in on what was going on as I’ve never seen the high tech equipment that was being used. Clean and efficient besides working with my schedule. Thank you to everyone at the Chester site.

I had a root canal done at this place - ever since ive had pain in that tooth - apparently its ok because i can just ‘pay extra for the remedial work to correct a job that wasn’t done right the first time’. I also asked for an emailed copy of receipts for the work 6 weeks ago, guy on the phone said he would “get right to it”, still not received the receipts... someone thinks they’re a comedian. Would not recommend.

The office formerly known as Dr. Bush's, now known as The Smilist, is completely impersonal and has gone from being a friendly local dentist to a private business that doesn't care about their patients. Eight months after my last appointment with them, I was sent a bill with no explanation via text. When I call the office I could get no call back, when I call the separate line for billing I could get no call back. I emailed the office and nobody got back to me. I've been sent two bills with no detail about what I'm being billed for and a threat to send to collection services. The last appointment I had at the office was a standard dentist appointment with no special treatment, and I still have no idea why I am receiving a bill.I had been a patient of Dr. Bush's for nearly a decade. His office and practice were top notch. The fact that I couldn't get a call back and was sent a bill that nobody would explain to me is preposterous. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.
