Everyone was very professional and helpful! I was a walk in due to a ear ach/infection. Provider Katie was very pleasant and gentle draining my ear during the visit. Little bit of a waiting time to be seen depending on a busy day.

Our family has been using Cooper urgent care in Cinnaminson for many years. The staff and the doctors there are so kind and caring. Dr Lubkin was especially helpful to me at my recent visit. Many Drs today are not allowed to spend much time with a patient but here they make the time to really listen and help!

Great customer service from the front desk, to the medical assistant Tamara very personable and sweet. Waiting for the doctor took us a little bit but they did acknowledge and apologize.

Everyone that helped me at this facility was very nice and hospitable. I went because of an infection in my throat and they were very fast with care and also transparent on how much it would cost out of pocket. Front desk was great and made me feel welcome. Any time I need to go to urgent care I’ll come here.

Very positive experience. Was seen quickly, appropriate tests were submitted, discharged to go th Cooper ER. Every person, from the woman who checked me in, the registered nurse who saw me and administered the appropriate tests, to the physician who diagnosed me were very professional and and kind. Lucky to have this level of care so close to home. Thank you.
