This doctor is so unprofessional and definitely lack communication skills. I had to take my son to a another doctol who specializes in heart failure. This doctor (who we are satisfied with) gave him so many positive options on to treat him. Dr Patel has only been in practice for fifteen years, and in my opinion that is just not enough experience to take care of or anyone with serious heart issues. If you ever go to Rahway Hospital for heart issues and you get him PLEASE get a second and opinion before settling with him.

His staff is very unprofessional called me the day before my first appointment to make sure I’m there On time. I was 15 minutes early and waited over an 1.5 hours after my appointment before being seen and his equipment is very out dated from like 1950 dont use him

His staff is very unprofessional and rude called me the day before my appointment to make sure I was on time for my appointment and said if I was late there would be extra charges or I might miss my appointment. Then I get there 15 minutes early and waited 1.5 past my appointment and when I asked about they gave me an attitude. His office is very out dated and dirty. The dr could not be bothered with me at all a very rushed appointment

His patient, my uncle, was in the ER while Dr. Patel was in the hospital. He was called twice by the ER Dr., but couldn't even bother to stop in to see him. I could never recommend him for many reasons.

The absolute worst encounter I’ve ever had with a medical practitioner. Rude and arrogant, he scheduled me for a test while I was in the hospital after I told him I would not undergo the test. He then proceeded to lie to me about the test. I would not trust this man in any way, shape, or form.
