This review is for receptionist Tina who when I called to make an appointment for my mother who would have difficulty doing so herself due to language barrier offered a visit 4 months out as she “has not seen the doctor in 2 years”. Absolutely zero sympathy during these times when patients are avoiding non urgent visits during the pandemic and particularly for my mother who can be followed by her PCP for simple thyroid function levels, and now needed to see the specialist for a more urgent symptom. I can understand the current busy volume and lack of availability but her tone was nearly punishing towards the fact that my mother seemingly “failed” her duty to follow up within the last 12 months. Did not make any attempt to offer alternatives such as a waitlist for cancellations. Speaking as another Korean-American physician—Dr. Cho, if you see this, I hope that you take note of your front office staff.

Dr Cho was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment to help figure out if my hormones were related to issues I am experiencing and rather than answer questions and help navigate the situation, she got rude and dismissive. For some reason asking questions made her uncomfortable, dismissive and defensive, rather than demonstrate caring and empathy.

I had a great experience with Dr Cho , and with the whole staff. The doctor is very nice and professional very caring and so is the staff. Highly recommend this doctor. Very patient and listened and answered all my concerns.

My experience with Dr. Cho was a very pleasant one. She explained the ways in which my new Osteoporosis diagnosis would affect and not affect me. She listened intently to my concerns and fully answered all my questions. I never once felt rushed or like I didn’t have the doctor’s undivided attention and that to me is paramount!

This doctor stinks - she looked annoyed because I couldn't hear her on the virtual call and when I tell her about issues, she directs me to my primary. Changing all my doctors out of Summit Group.

Dr. Cho wouldn’t even look me in the eye to have a conversation. Also, when trying to talk about my wait she said “you need to be honest you are probably just sitting in McDonald’s eating a meal and going home to eat another meal”.
