Called online receptionist was the least helpful person I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with, asked about a consultation immediately asked my insurance to which I responded and then she said we don’t accept that and hung up on me. On their website it is listed that they also accept my insurance. Do don’t go to this office.

READ THIS BEFORE VISITING DR. V. Hi! I have a close friend who went to Dr. Vinnakota. He has had health issues for YEARS. He was so excited to go to her based on her positive reviews. He has been in a really difficult position when it comes to his health and thought she could provide him with some insight. She was passive, dismissive, and was there for one thing: to collect a paycheck. She didn't offer any help, and went through the motions of the appointment with zero empathy for what my friend had gone through. He is too nice of a guy to post this, but I will. Dr. Vinnakota, if you're reading this, rethink how you treat people as you have no clue what they're facing on a day to day basis.

Dr. Radha Vinnakota is compassionate and takes her time in working with each patient to make sure their needs are carefully addressed. I am a patient and I bring my son who is 8 years old to Dr. Radha Vinnakota. We all want our children to be seen by a doctor who is the best and on top of that she is nurturing and comes with over 40 years of experience. I would say she is priceless..

Dr Vinnakota has been my and my family and now grandchildren's doctor for over 35 years handling our allergies, throat and ear problems. She is an excellent surgeon and has performed Myrengotomy’s on both of my grandson’s ear leaving him with perfect hearing. I would recommend Dr Radha Vinnakota to anyone looking for a Ears, Nose and Throat ENT) physician without any reservations whatsoever and have done just that. Dr Vinnakota is one of the very best ENT Physician’s in New Jersey.

staff is dust. ask so many time like ignore. this is ent dr. dr. should understand some patient have hearing problem for visit. she should tell staff be patient with patients. she is knowledgeble, helpful.
