Dr. Sarah C. Hessler is very knowledgeable and smart, i should have write this review a while ago, as God and Dr Sarah helped my wife to get pregnant but for some reasons after more than 3 month the baby has no heartbeat, Thanks God for everything, we will try again with Dr Sarah soon to get my wife pregnant again.

Though my egg retrieval process didn’t go as expected with rare post-op complications (all my body’s reaction, no wrong-doing from the team), this team and Dr Hessler have held my hand through this entire process. I felt scared and uncomfortable at times, but knowing I had this team to contact and having very fast response times (witihin 24 hours) and an on call nurse to reach out to, I felt safe and supported. Jen G, specially, has been an amazing resource and helped keep me calm and answer my many questions. The phlebotomy nurses at Clark and Parlin were on point, and the ultrasound team was quick, gentle, and candid with the many ultrasounds that take place. Overall great experience with this group with how smoothly they made the process happen, but so glad I don’t have to do it again. 😵‍💫 Highly recommend to anyone dealing with infertility or looking to freeze their eggs for the future.

Dr. Hessler is amazing! She helped us get pregnant with our 1 and only little boy that just arrived last month. She was there to support and encourage me each step of the way. The entire staff at the Clark office was friendly, kind, & encouraging. The nurses were very responsive to all of my questions and the front office staff was wonderful as well. Words cannot express our gratitude for Dr. Hessler and her staff. She gave us the ultimate gift, the gift of our son. I actually miss going into the office and seeing everyone’s friendly faces!

Dr. Hessler and her team are absolutely amazing. They all take the time to show that they really care and make you feel really comfortable while going through a difficult process

I have to say that I am very impressed how IRMS Clark office is so professional. I thankfully got pregnant there because of the good job they do. Doctor Hessler was my doctor and Jen Giordano was my nurse. I recommend this office for a treatment to everyone who needs it!.

We came here after 3 failed IVF cycles in other centers, we were able to have wonderful results in terms of retrieval and transfer that ended up in being currently pregnant, Dr. Hessler expertise, the lab's experienced staff made a huge difference in giving us better odds in conceiving. I was able to notice the difference between centers and doctors while having the transfer for example, if you have any doubts just go to IRMS and see Dr. Hessler, she is a compassionate provider and have made us feel like we are being taken good care off. Can't wait to meet our little baby this year.

Learning that IVF was the best option for my husband and me to have a healthy child was not an easy pill to swallow. I’ve always envisioned getting pregnant naturally (and all the surprises that came along with it) and IVF was something I had always feared. I could not imagine going through this process with any other doctor, other than the wonderful Dr Hessler. From the second my husband And I met her, we felt heard and supported. I never once felt like I was just a number. My husband and I couldn’t be happier with the level of communication, her excellent bedside manner, and the amount of hugs she’s probably given me through the process. AND any issue or question I’ve ever had during the process, she’s called right away. I have friends who are in top clinics in Manhattan who have never even seen or talked to their doctor more than once, so I know just how lucky I’ve been. Thank you sm DR Hessler for your level of care! OH, and also thank you for getting me pregnant :). You’re the best and we love you.

I don’t usually write reviews but I had to do this one. Huge thank you to Dr Hessler and her staff. They were very professional and helpful throughout my IVF process. After years of trying without any luck, I’m happy to say that I’m now a mommy. It was worth every needle 😁. Highly recommend!

Today we bring our daughter home from the hospital. We still can’t believe this day has come. After three rounds of IVF at fancy NYC clinics, we were in the height of COVID and wanted to pursue a final local option. On our virtual call with Dr. Hessler, we knew she was right for us - we were nearing the end of this physical and emotional journey but wanted to give it a final go with her. I still remember crying in the office (several times) when we learned that this was all happening and a baby was in our future. Dr. Hessler also made an effort to get to know me and recommended a wonderful OB/GYN who would be right for us and the type of care I needed. Her team is warm and professional. I’m honestly not sure how this all worked out for us, but it must have been the protocol she assigned for my cycle and our faith - we are forever grateful. Today we bring our daughter home and I write this because when I woke up this morning, Dr. Hessler was one of the first people who I thought of I need to tell my daughter about someday. Thank you Dr. Hessler and your team for helping to make our dreams come true.
