Linda K. Aquilino's Online Review Report Card

I was blown away by how helpful Dr. Aquilino was at my recent appointment. She is no-nonsense, gets right to the point, and is very efficient, smart and knowledgeable. She quickly identified my issue and explained it to me so that I could understand it, not a lot of jargon. She was also very sensitive to my financial situation, which I appreciated. The old building where her office used to be was a bit challenging, but since May 2022 she is in a new location in Clementon that is much easier to access.

I HAD AN APPT THIS ,MORNING WENT TO APPT AND GIRL REFUSED TO LET ME IN SHE SAID I HAD TO GO TO MY CAR AND CALL THEM, THERE WASNT ANYONE N THE OFFICE SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO ME AND INSISTED I GO BACK TO MY CAR AND CALL THEM , SHE EVEN REFUSED TO GIVE ME THE PAPERS I WAS SUPPOSE TO FILL SHE JUST KEEP TELLING ME TO GO BACK TO MY CAR AND THEM. SO I WENT BACK TO MY CAR AND CALLED AND CANCELLED THE APPT THIS A TOTAL JOKE NEEDLESS TO SAY I LEFT AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK THERE....

This office is the best!! I highly recommend! Dr. Acuilino is fast paced but thorough!! She caught an issue with my heart and set me up with what to do and Everthing turned out to be just fine only because she caught it in time. If I could give her 100 stars I would!!! You pick her for your pcp and you won't be disappointed!!!

Sucks! I’d like to say more but I want my review to be a replication of her attention and care to patients.. Short, thoughtless and uneducated

I have been going to Dr. Linda (even Dr. Lisa when they practiced together) for many years. I don't usually post publicly or even take the time to fill these out but Dr. Linda is a wonderful doctor, very conservative and thorough. My family and I could not be happier with the service and care we receive-

Dr Aquilino is the best!! She is super personable and really truly cares about the well being of her patients.

I agree with the previous post. The woman who answers to the name “Bell” and with making appointments always seems bothered & annoyed when you call in for anything. If she is so over whelmed with calls, maybe they need to hire more staff to assist. It’s just so unprofessional to have someone behave that way. Dr. Aquilino is the only good in that office. Everyone else appears overburdened.

I am writing on behalf of a family member that has had two negative experiences at this office. The first time I tried to make an appointment to have a family member tested for cognitive issues-not being rushed I said I was able to schedule a month or two out, I was told that I could "only" see the nurse practitioner NOT Dr. Aquilino for this type of appointment? When I pressed that I value all roles I wanted to see the doctor for this appointment I was told that only a practitioner appointment could be made? Recently the same family member had pre-surgical testing that was scheduled by the surgical group for same office, when family member arrived they were told that the time that surgeon gave was not what Dr. Aquilino's office had down so they could not go ahead with testing needed for upcoming surgery? The front desk staff was rude and very defensive that since they "didn't write the time down it was not their issue". Worth mentioning the office was completely empty and they did not even try to accommodate my family member even though it appeared that the error was on behalf of Dr. Aquilino's front desk. In addition no appointment confirmation calls/text/or emails were given and when family member was "late" as the front desk deemed they did not even call to see if family member was on their way. I would think that if a person took the time to schedule an extensive surgery they would follow up with the pre-surgical assessment? It is very unfortunate that Inspira(being a good medical division) has a doctor that cares so little for her patients and allows staff to treat clients this way. With so many excellent caring providers out there I can guarantee you we will be finding someone new-if you are looking for a physician and staff that care for their patients don't waste your time calling this office.

The dr and nurse practitioner were so rude, didnt let me finish talking.. medical assistant interrupted me every time I tried to tell her my symptoms since she asked me “what brings you here today.” Overall, stuck up people.. very unprofessional. Never going there again!
