WENT TO SEE HER BECAUSE OF A COUGH IN THROAT AND BECAuse of flu problem, was concerned. Was at a funeral in Ramsey. NJ AND FOUND THIS URGENT CARE ON line - had a great experience - made a lot of sense - didn't frighten me with serious consequences, take cough medication which worked. 5 stars! Had come fromCA. First time seeing Dr. Fyffe today. She was very pleasant, thorough and easy to talk to. Asked several times if I had any more questions. I felt very comfortable with her and plan to use her again.

Very poor service! Led me to believe that I was doing a physical but billed me for having upper respiratory infection. Called back to dispute bill that I was eventually sent and was given the run around between doctor and billing and eventually told me it's not their problem.
