Dr. Alday has been my primary for about 10 years. He has always been kind, understanding and attentive. He is one of just a few doctors I have had in my life that I trust implicitly, and one that I can talk to about anything without judgement. He always has my care first and foremost on his mind, unlike other doctors I have had that just need to see 50 patients a day to meet their quotas. If you are looking for a real partner in your health Dr. Alday is the one. And I can't say enough good things about Nurse Practitioner Marc Innocencio, he is following in Dr. Aldays footsteps and together they are a tremendous team.

I don't have an issue with the doctor but I had an awful experience with his office. My husband had a sudden gout flare up and we took an appointment with Dr. Alday for the next day. We had wanted a same day appointment, but were told that they don't give same day appointments. When we went for the appointment the next day, we were told that there was NO appointment! My husband was in a lot of pain and we were penalised for a mistake that the doctor's office made. Horrible experience!

Dr. Alday is the best doctor in the world. He is the kind of doctor that spends all the time you need with him, he doesn't rush you out. He genuinely cares about his patient's well being. YOu're not treated like a number or like an assembly line. He has been my doctor on and off for almost 30 years and even today I travel almost an hour to see him when i could just take one of the many PC's in my own town.

Bedside manners lacking. I was a new patient first time visit for a wellness check. Dr Alday walked into the room and not even an introduction hello nothing. I expressed my ailments and he seemed very lax, no true concern or desire to truly help me. I will not be visiting this doctor again.
