Great Doctor.
I was able to get my mom in for an appointment almost immediately. She was seen by Dr. Kumar who was helpful and explained everything clearly. Overall a good experience with virtually no wait time and personable staff.
Dr is a good person, excelent Doctor the assistant not the same, i am waiting 30 min to get an appoitment, probably I have to change the Dr in the future
The office staff is rude and very unhelpful.
The doctor may be good in his treatment, but the receptionist and the reception staff is very rude and they never let you finish what you have to say on phone! Very unprofessional! They always seem to be in some confusion all the time. Neither the doc nor the nurses sit peacefully for 5 min and talk to the patient! I am considering changing the doctor for my parents!
I stayed 35 minutes on hold during a phone call, this is a SHAME!
Dr. Kumar did my pacer replacement surgery. It was an unorthodox treatment due to an injury on my left side, causing them to have to install it on my right, a significantly harder procedure, i was on the table for 3+ hours, and he did an amazing job. I know it was very difficult for him and he preformed the work flawlessly. Yes, the office is VERY busy, but the turn around is generally less then an hour in and out, depending on your personal health and mobility. the staff is extremely busy and attentive, so while it may seem a bit... flustered and calling may be a bit of a challenge, they are a small staff and they do very good attentive work. Everyone is kind and they never rush you, the congestion at the office is the sign of a quality physician and specialist, so yeah... not the most pleasant office, but you're there for the care not the ambiance, the services they provide deserve a better rating. they could use a little more staff or a new, larger office, sure. none of that matters when you're on the table or in the hospital though, so they deserve five full stars for their hard work.
This doctors office is the most unprofessional and has the rudest personnel. On the phone, they talk over you, never let you finish and respond to you with the same canned message. No one ever returns the phone call. To give you an example, because of covid, patients now have the option to have their pacemakers checked via mycarelink smart device. They say that if there’s no occurrences or events the patients will not receive a call. At the least, a call to confirm that the data was received should be afforded to the patient. I called in the span of 6 months (monthly) to confirm and was told the last data they received was back in December!!! This is unsafe and borderline unethical, for lack of a better term to use. Someone official should look into this unacceptable practice!!!
Dr. Is very professional and caring. Office staff can be rude at times
I went to see Dr. Prakash and had an EKG, and the doctor said I needed an echo. After waiting several weeks for an echo and Holter and they cancelling my appointment twice, Diana from their office left me a voicemail message today telling me that they don't accept my insurance. What? Really? After I saw the doctor weeks ago and had an EKG, and all this time waiting? What a waste of time. If I had a condition that would worsen with time, I would have been dead waiting on these people. The doctor is nice, but the office staff is unprofessional to say the least and will complicate everything for you. A very bad experience. I do not recommend it. Go to another place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
