I enjoyed working with the staff as they are very courteous and helpful. We needed care on an emergency basis and Caring People was able to do the intake quickly and had a care giver by us the same evening.

I highly recommend Caring People (Clifton, N.J.). My mom absolutely adores her aide, Helen. In fact, I recently asked my mom how it's going and she said, "I don't really consider her an aide. She's become a friend." I texted Tiffany, a supervisor at CP, immediately and said, "Whatever Helen's doing, it's working!" The entire team has been helpful, patient, thoughtful and compassionate. If you are considering Caring People, go for it. You won't regret the decision.

Terrible! Avoid using this organisation in New Jersey. The caregivers try their best but are not trained properly by Caring People. Caring People will send you a different caregiver every day so that there is no consistency and your loved one will be handled by strangers every day. There are much better organisations than Caring People.They tell you the aides cook and clean. That’s not true. The aides sit in the corner and stare into their cellphones and you pay $25/hour for that. Go someplace else.

My experience with Caring People Inc. was exceptional!My mom lives in an independent senior living facility in Pompton Plains. The social worker there suggested Caring People to me. We had one aide come in between 9am-10am M-F. While there she always threw in laundry, made breakfast and did some light cleaning! Also, my mother loved the company! Julie Hattersley is a pleasure to deal with as well as the lovely woman that does the “pop-in” visits to check on the residents. I would recommend Caring People Inc to anyone that may be looking for a friendly face to help out!

I highly recommend Caring People in Clifton, New Jersey. My mom absolutely adores her aide/companion, Helen. (Note: My mom was initially quite resistant to having any help.) I recently asked my mom how it's going and she said, " I don't really consider Helen an aide. She's become a friend." (She chats with my mom, takes her outdoors for walks, helps her change her sheets, clean the windows and refrigerator, etc.) Helpful, patient, thoughtful and compassionate, from Helen to Tiffany, a supervisor at CP- We've had an excellent experience all around. My mom, brothers and I are truly grateful for the wonderful service they provide.

I've been with Caring People for 3 1/2 years & have fortunately been with the same couple every since. The staff has always been very accommodating when I've needed time off for my family. My only complaint is that sometimes its hard to get in touch with the office & my calls are not returned immediately.

Glady's Who does the schedules is very petty and has a jealous attitude and will make up lies on you if she is jealous of you. She is very childish and unprofessional and she will smile in your face when she really is jealous of you.
