Within a week both my husband and daughter had to go to City MD. They were both treated amazingly by the doctors and nurses. All were so caring and friendly. We will definitely return here for any medical emergencies.

I had my first experience with an urgent care with this facility. I'm glad to say that it was a good experience. It was late afternoon, midweek. I was in and out in less than hour. The staff was pleasant and professional. My situation was determined, prescription ordered, and my instructions moving forward were set. The only reason that this isn't five stars is I thought a few more tests would have been done. Being honest, I don't think they would have made any difference given my diagnosis but the thought is still there. If needed, I will definitely use the facility, again.

Took my daughter to get tested for strep, it was empty and very quick, she tested negative for strep but doctor gave wait and see prescription for antibiotics for our convenience since we were about to trave.

This is definitely not an urgent place .one doctor treating 9 people waiting in waiting room for hours is not an urgent place like they call it. This is like a practice so people if you are in pain or have a serious problem this place is not for you. I brought my neighbor. A groin man crying from serious pain in his kidney has to wait for 2 hours is not an urgent place.

I HIGHLY recommend this location. My son received a PCR test on Thursday afternoon and we were worried about not receiving the results in a timely manner given my son's middle school graduation was on the upcoming Saturday. Despite my husband and I calling the clinic location, the SMG lab multiple times, and having our phone calls get cut off, the staff (Jean, Leo, Tessie) was kind and reassuring. By 4:27 pm on Friday, we received an email with negative results and to top it off, at 6:56 pm, Bobby from the practice called us to ensure we received the results via email. This was the most excellent and top-notch service I have ever received from a group of healthcare professionals. HSS now comes in second. If I could give a hundred stars, I would! It's going to be a very happy graduation!!!

Needed PCR test for pre surgery.Called for results zero help or care.Told to check my portal as it's only way to get results Absolute nightmare to deal with.Hackensack hospital called them & received the same run around. So sorry I went there

The office was clean and neat and once I saw a doctor she was very professional and very helpful. The only problem is that took 2 hours for me to be seen. I got there at 11:00 a.m. on a midday. And it was the slowest process ever.. clearly they need more staff.
