Words aren’t enough to describe how grateful I am for this OBGYN office. Over the years, Shamari and Mariluz have become such a comforting and caring presence in my life, making every visit feel truly supported. Every time I walk into the office, I’m met with warmth, professionalism, and genuine compassion. They have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure I feel comfortable, informed, and cared for. You will never find an OB‑GYN office with such loving and dedicated people as the team at Clifton OB‑GYN. Their kindness and support have meant so much to me throughout the years. Thank you, Shamari and Mariluz, for such an amazing experience and for always treating me with the highest level of care.
Don't waste your time making an appointment at this place because they always mess it up or make you waste your time, no matter how clearly you explain things to them. They act like you don't work or that your time is worthless. They are very irresponsible. with their scheduling. They give you an appointment, then they tell you that the person who performs the ultrasound is not available or is fully booked, even though you clearly specified when making the appointment that it was for an ultrasound. Son muy inresponsable no pierdan tiempo haciendo cita en este lugar porque siempre te la hacen mal o te hacen perder el tiempo por mas claro que tu le diga la cosas como piensa que tu no trabaja o tu tiempo estas de mas.
i've been a patient of Dina's for over 3 years now & i have to say, she is the most thoughtful provider i've ever had. she takes the time to explain things in terms i would understand. her bedside manner is outstanding. she's gentle & kind & every thing i wish to see in a provider. she delivered my first baby February of 2025 & when i tell you i enjoyed EVERY MOMENT of giving birth, i truly mean it. she made my first experience an unforgettable one. i recommend all of my friends & coworkers to Clifton OBGYN. especially as Dina as their provider
Stop having nasty people answer the phones!!!! The operator needs to learn some listening skills and not get condescending with patients just because she wasn’t listening and giving attitude because I said a part of a doctors responsibility is telling patients medical problems they’re having. I shouldn’t have to explain something over and over. Maybe she can learn some listening skills from my toddler. (don’t know her name because she didn’t provide it). And also it’s very irresponsible not being told medical issues that have been going on for almost half a year.
You can never get you calls answered, always goes to voicemail. You see 50 people in the office and youd think someone can help you, you are the patient and perceived as an annoyance. You can have great specialists but without the customer service, pointless.
I had a follow-up appointment today with Dina, whom I've been seeing since March for a PCOS diagnosis, and this visit was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Since the beginning, I've been clear that I do not want to take birth control or metformin at this time, as I prefer to manage my symptoms through diet and exercise first. Despite repeatedly expressing this, Dina continues to push these medications at every visit. Today, she questioned my decision again, asking "Why don't you want to try metformin?" and "What's wrong with birth control???" -- even after I said no and explained my reasons. Throughout the appointment, she talked over me, dismissed my concerns, and spoke to me in a condescending tone. When I tried to ask about my recent results and why I kept having to come in for follow-ups, she told me not to "look at ChatGPT or Google" because she "studies textbooks" and is "in the field everyday" -- which was completely uncalled for. I was simply asking for clarification and for her to reference her own notes from previous visits. What made things worse was that after leaving the room, she spoke about me to other staff loud enough for patients to hear, which is incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. When I brought this to the office manager, Amber, she was equally dismissive and did nothing to address the issue -- even going so far as to tell me that "the doctor has the right to refuse service" and that I should find a different provider. After waiting nearly 45 minutes for my appointment, I left feeling disrespected, unheard, and deeply disappointed. I will absolutely be finding another OB/GYN, and I strongly urge all women to find another provider! I hope this office takes accountability for how their staff treats patients seeking care.

There have been several subpar interactions, but in summary there have been too many concerning instances such as rushed communication, dismissive attitude, or lack of professionalism. As a patient, I expect to be treated with respect, dignity, and attentiveness, and unfortunately, my experience fell short of these expectations. I’m sad I wasted 2 years of my life with this practice. I wish I would have read these reviews prior to making an appointment, however, I’m sharing this for the next woman that is looking for care. Don’t come here!
Dr. Peace and her staff are top notch! Professional, considerate, understanding, and informative. As a pregnant woman approaching 40, alot of policy and procedures have changed but their guidance and understanding heart has helped make this pregnancy a bit easier. I would refer everyone to this office.
I'm really appalled you call for an appointment or via website nobody doesn't get back to u

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
