The office staff are very unprofessional and do not listen to patients’ needs. My daughter came home from college for her annual appointment and arrived late due to traffic, but she called ahead and was told it would not be a problem. When she arrived, the receptionist was rude, refused to help, and offered no alternative or rescheduling options. While I understand the importance of being on time, there is no excuse for treating patients—especially young patients—with disrespect. This is not the level of care expected in a healthcare office.

Shameful billing practices. I just learned that I was doubled billed for my preventative healthcare appointment simply by answering the doctor’s questions. By answering the questions asked of me, it became a diagnostic appointment and I was billed as a preventative appointment and as an office visit. I was not told that I would be getting double-billed by the office. At no point in time was I told if I answered the doctor’s questions, I was changing the nature of the appointment. Shockingly deceptive and utterly disappointing. Be careful what you say here, it will cost you.

Dr. Rizk provides an exceptional level of personalized care that truly sets her and her team apart. She took the time to listen carefully and treated me with compassion and precision. I can tell how she cares for her patients and genuinely wants the best for their health and comfort. Her attention to detail, gentle manner, and commitment to excellence made my experience feel personal and reassuring. It’s rare to find a doctor who combines such a high level of skill and knowledge with such warmth and sincerity and takes the time to truly listen. I'll definitely be returning!

Came here 3x and the Doctor never examined me. For every other thing I had to make another appointment because appointments times were very short. Did not like this way of practicing. Don’t mean any offense just being honest.

Really bad front desk, i drove more than an hour and was on traffic but the doctor couldn’t accommodate the appointment for couple of minutes. The receptionist on the front door called me and I told them i am on my way and was 5 minutes away, but before i even came, she locked the door while they had 30+ minutes until lunch break, very toxic.

Dr. Rizk is extremely thorough. caring and brilliant. She goes a step further to investigate the cause of the problem vs just writing scripts to mask the problem. I am grateful and excited that I have found her.

If there were more stars i would give it to this office. I called over 20 Gyn today and explained my pain and Denise made the effort to squeeze me in. Denise which is front desk is AMAZING. So sweet and caring, showed concern and made it happen. Office is immaculate. To speak about angels on earth is Dr Naglaa Rizk. She understood everything ,she explained and even told me things I wasn't even aware of. She is so down to earth and makes you feel so welcomed. It feels so great to see Dr's that care for their patients. I had such an amazing experience and left with my problems almost resolved. We need more Dr's like her. She is exceptional. Everyone there is the most caring and super sweet. Very knowledgeable even before I finished my sentence the Dr knew exactly what was wrong. Love it. Found my new Dr!!

Staff is very very nice and informative!! Dr.Rizk is very sweet and smart.
