I came here for an adult tongue/mouth tie evaluation, and had a great experience. They squeezed me in for the next day after I called. Everyone, from the front desk to the assistants to the doctor were super nice, patient, thorough, and spend time with you. Dr. Hassam Sultan was super informative, knowledgeable, seems to keep up with training on modern research, and gave me a great report of his findings + put me in touch with a top SLP specialist referral. Even aesthetically, the office is very nicely designed, especially for kids - it seems like a place I'd be a lot less scared to go to the dentist if I was a kid.

We had such a wonderful experience at DFC today! My son has dental anxiety, and the entire team was incredibly patient and kind with him. A special thank you to Monica, the hygienist, who took the time to make him feel comfortable and safe. Today was actually my son’s first time ever getting X-rays, and she handled it so patiently and gently. Thanks to her, he did amazing! I also want to thank Dr. Sultan for being just as patient and understanding with him. It truly means a lot to find a dental team that cares and takes the time to work with kids who may feel nervous. We’re very grateful for such a positive experience and highly recommend this office

I’ve been through a few different children’s dentists, and this location exceeded my expectations!! From the moment my daughter and I walked in, we were welcomed, rooms with amazing sensory content, cute sign with her name! Woman who did her x-rays was great, woman who cleaned her teeth was phenomenal!

Terrible experience. This dentist convinced us it was a good deal to pay $162 a month for their "subscription". I thought it was a waste of money but we ended up paying for it for over a year. My 6 year old's cap was rotting and badly infected. Somehow this dentist missed it. To make matters worse we called several times over a few days and could not get them. The dentist said he was away and had no coverage. He told us to go to the hospital. What's the point of paying their subscription if they are not available when you need them? We ended up switching to a new dentist in Verona who is much better. This is a follow up to the Dentist's reply: They incorrectly stated they were closed for the big snow storm. We called their office several times in the days leading up to having to go to another dentist. This was not a one day it happened and they were unavailable thing at all. We went to the other dentist on Saturday after finally getting an email from the dentist that he was away and had no backup dentists and for us to go to the hospital (where it would cost us who knows what). The snowstorm happened on SUNDAY, after this whole incident. Further, we tried calling the dentist about a half dozen times since this happened and each time the manager said they would discuss and call us back. They finally called back saying they can't refund or do anything and that she was hired because of multiple problems the office had been facing recently. They are only offering a one month refund now after we left an honest review and contacted our credit card company. This office ALSO is ignoring our requests to send our children's dental records to the new office. I would urge caution before going to this dentist or using their subscription service.

Great place! Good bedside manner & the dentist always keeps the kids engaged & entertained with conversation while he gets to work. We almost had to cancel our appointment yesterday & our 6 year old was so upset that he wasn’t going to get to go. We found a way to keep the appointment but what child looks forward to going to the dentist?? Keep up the good work!

We absolutely love this office and the staff! We started coming here 8 years ago and even though we’ve moved an hour away, the trek is 100% worth it! Both girls have been through braces and their smiles are simply gorgeous.
