I have been going to Dr. Shah for over 10 years. While other doctors rush appointments leaving you feeling “unseen”, Dr. Shah takes his time with each patient, answering every question and concern you may have. Office is clean, staff is friendly, and they are always helpful if you have an emergency or need to be seen right away. That does sometimes cause longer wait times because they fit in emergencies, but I’m happy to wait, confident that I’m waiting for the best doctor who doesn’t turn away a patient who needs him. That’s certainly worth the wait!

Truly I don’t understand where the positive reviews come from. This office is not respectful to its patients. Expect at least an hour wait, with more than 2+ hours being typical. The office receptionists have never sent my medical records to my general practitioner on the first, or second request. If this continues I will be filling a complaint with the office of civil rights and the state medical board.

This doctor has zero respect for patients time. It should not take 1.5 hrs to be seen. 12pm appt. Left at 145pm. Do a better job with your appointments and dont double and triple book clients for your selfish greedy money making needs. Our time is valuable just like yours so do better! You lost my GF as a client. I would not recommend this Dr. Time is money and you just lost ours.

Dr. Vinay Shah is a really great doctor. It was my first child and I had a lot of fears. He explained all the details with great care and my birth was very fast. I did not feel any pain. I was reunited with my baby in the shortest time. His nurses, office and secretaries were all very good. You should definitely choose him.

My first appointment at this clinic was a complete disappointment. I visited the doctor without seeing them, and they seemed rushed, thinking I needed surgery. They didn’t communicate with me during the exam room because I’m deaf, which was very frustrating. I wasted my time and money on a copay in the office, and I’m very disappointed with the experience.

I had the most devastating experience with Dr. Vinay Shah, and I strongly caution anyone seeking a gynecologist who truly prioritizes patient care. From the beginning of my very first pregnancy, it was clear that his main concern was his fees, not my health or my baby's well-being. Despite showing clear signs of complications, he never advised me to seek a high-risk specialist, nor did he take my concerns seriously. Tragically, due to his lack of proper guidance and negligence, I lost my first child—something no parent should ever have to endure. Instead of addressing my risks with urgency and care, he continued with routine check-ups as if everything was fine. I later learned that had I been referred to a high-risk specialist in time, my situation could have been managed differently. No amount of regret or apologies can undo what happened, but I hope this review serves as a warning. Please, do not trust this doctor with your health, your pregnancy, or your child’s life. If you have any complications, seek real medical professionals who seriously care—because Dr. Vinay Shah is NOT one of them.
