I have been coming here since 2002. Love the entire staff. They are professional and friendly.
Great doctors and staff. My family and I have been with Eastern Dental over 15 years. We have always been treated with courtesy and respect. I highly recommend Eastern Dental.
I lost my filling. Dr. Eddie was amazing. There was no pain with replacement. The wait was short. Very good experience at Eastern Dental.
Excelente experiencia
Very friendly, helpful, and clean office. Staff is very attentive to your needs. Andry Coar always gets me an appointment within a week. My favorite Dental office.
I really would've given 4/5 stars because this office was kind enough to fit me in for an emergency visit today, and I appreciate how thorough the staff is..however sitting in the waiting room I witnessed an employee from CCR get very loud and disrespectful with a doctor who was inquiring about a disgruntled patient who previously stormed out of the office. Now - I work in veterinary medicine, which is neck and neck with dental medicine regarding the 'which profession has the highest rates of depression' and general unhappiness regarding client care. My reason for even writing this is simple: I am one of many people who has a very legitimate fear and anxiety towards the dentist. This office has been pretty great so far in this regard. However their reception area has an open floor concept, meaning everyone can hear and see everything behind the front desk. It is not comforting to hear (what I assume to be a senior client care representative) get very loud and truly rude with a DOCTOR for his CLIENTS to hear and witness. I'm bilingual too, so continuing to hear bashing while anxiously waiting to be seen is honestly not a good look nor professional face for such a medical setting. I work in a similar space and understand things can get hot and heavy, but in my 10 years of being a veterinary technician and 2 years in client services I have never ever heard an employee, senior or not, get so outwardly rude with a practicing doctor. Miscommunication seemed like the only issue here..That sort of conflict should be handled in private and with more couth - seeing a team work well with eachother is what makes potential patients feel comfortable returning. Conflict such as what I witnessed can very easily make a client not feel confident they will be taken care of properly (in the back AND front of office) considering both ends of the aisle need the other to flow efficiently. And venting is cool....but do it at a bar or restaurant with coworkers, not in front of patients. Disgruntled patients already aim to divide offices when they're not satisfied..don't prove their point or further their cause once they're done storming out of the door. It's such a bad look. Very disappointing through and through.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
