He is the most reliable dedicated decisive and gifted Surgeon. After my Surgery he followed my progress professionally. He took care of me with a heart and talented hands of God . Today I am here to say Thank you .and Thank you . You are truly an expert….

Worse service! Do not trust him for surgery. He allowed a doctor I’ve never met to participate in my wife surgery. We get extra bill from the hospital and he didn’t solve the problem. woman who answers the phone with hate in her voice. The anamosity and disregard for patients here is disgusting. Also fares didn’t answer the phone or even a message. Very bad experience with that doctor.

I came for a general check-up, and the wait was an hour each time even with an appointment set up weeks prior (no one else in the waiting room too), and they ended up doing a bunch of unnecessary examinations that drove up the cost of what should’ve been a $0 check-up to $300 (after insurance too). No treatment plan or anything either, just a $300 bill. Clearly they don’t care about their patients at all. Never coming back.

Worse service! Do not trust him for surgery. He allowed a doctor I’ve never met to participate in my surgery and he wasn’t in my Ins network. I’m now in collections for the payment of my surgery because my ins who sent me to Dr Fares who is in my network allowed someone who isn’t to touch me without my consent or ever meeting that doctor. He is a thief and a con and the girls who work there are trash. After all this she tried to charge me to give me my medical records. Anyone who has gone through the same. Go to the board of medicine online and report this fraud of a doctor. Seek legal advice for malpractice and theft. I was his patient and he only cared to do surgery to get paid big. Didn’t solve my problem I was in bad pain and caught an infection from the surgery. This mans medical license needs to be taken and those atrocious administrative team that bitter woman who answers the phone with hate in her voice. The anamosity and disregard for patients here is disgusting.

This is hands down probably the most unprofessional place you could go to. The staff are very rude , each time you call they answer already speaking to one another or they answer and don’t say anything but put you straight on hold. When you finally get through, they always have an attitude. As for the doctors, be prepared to be seen by a new doctor each time you are in office. When you have a visit and request to speak to the doctor over the phone about the prescription you were given to take , they will tell you “the provider will give you a call back and answer your question or concerns” but you NEVER get a call back and if the question is important you are left to make a new appointment, just to sit in the waiting area for an hour plus , then to finally get seen by the doctor for 5-8 mins over a question that could have been answered on the phone if the provider took time to follow up. Complete waste of time.

I wish I can give zero star but unfortunately that is not possible. I've been a patient for many years as I was just going for routine exams so no complaints until I became pregnant. The office staff is completely incompetent and rude. I've been out of work since 08/30/22 gave birth on 09/08/22 and to this day 10/28/22 I have not received my short term disability benefits because these people have been so careless. I've submitted the M10 medical certification form to this office on multiple occasions, in person via email even begged them to please complete the information online as the state gives Healthcare providers that option and brought the form as well to be completed and I can mail back nothing I was told we are very busy we will get to it. I understand doctor offices are very busy but this is insane. I am struggling financially because of the careless behavior of the staff if it wasn't for my husband covering the bills I dont know what would happen. The state close my case because the information was never received. I'm tired of going to the office and calling for them to do their job I seriously give up. I was supposed to do my postpartum appointment and will look into finding another gynecologist because I don't ever want to step a foot in that office.

Well, I used to really like this office, however I am having my records sent somewhere else. I went in for my lab work and 2 months have passed by and they never called me for my “telehealth visit” I still don’t know my results, I have called the office twice asking about my results and they say they will get back to me, nothing as of now. I also had a situation where I def needed medicine for a lady problem that happens to me pretty often and the doctor knows and they wanted me to come in. I told them to send medication to my pharmacy and the attitude on this woman, OMG I COULD SCREAM but she is like you have to come in things changed here. So you expect me to come in every month or so for the same issue? OK, I will just go somewhere else. Oh and the service at the front desk, it’s pretty terrible! They talk to you so mean and disrespectful. I don’t care how many people you see a day, when you work in an industry that involves human contact and interaction well you have to have something called PATIENCE, and if you do not like your job, go get another one!

I thought at first it was just me :/ but im seeing other ppl having problems with the staff. They are very very rude with no guidance at all. I asked if I could bring my emotional support animal with me for my anxiety but was rudely told that other patients have allergies to pets :| ummm im guessing these other patients don’t have dogs and cats at home? They even said to me “how do you know they have pets” at that point I so badly wanted to just never return to that location. Just absolutely horrible women working at the front desk. Only cared for by the actual nps and ultrasound tech. The front desk workers are very very petty. I am now going to another location and never to return to this location. That’s that. P.s when I called back to apologize for the way the call went I only heard them laughing in the background as I spoke a different staff member :| just absolutely disgusting. So childish like little girls giggling. Absolutely disrespectful enough for me to write this review. So beware ! If you you absolutely have to go to this location just keep the sentences short with them and be as independent as possible because they do not care to help at all.. :/
