I recently took my daughter to this office after reading great reviews on this practice. I was far from impressed. The (male) doctor was not pleasant at all. No smile or bed side manner. We were the only family there and he had us wait in the room for him for about 30 minutes before he came in. He made us feel very uncomfortable. He prescribed my newborn a medication that was to be sent over to my pharmacy but when I got to my pharmacy an hour later they had not received it. My pharmacy and I both called the office numerous times to try to get the prescription sent over...after finally getting in touch with the office the receptionist said the doctor forgot to send it. We were the only family at the office at the time of our visit so it's not like he was busy. I do not recommend this doctor and I will not be returning.

Great 👍🏻 Doctors, I recommend them both for your kids. They are Professional, Respectable, Honest, Helpful and Caring. God bless them and really appreciate all they doing with our kids.

Dr Janette Basta and her husband Dr Magdy Basta are phenomenal doctors! Very patient, kind, professional and compassionate. They love what they do and are never in a rush to examine you. They take into account every thing you explain to them. You can’t find doctors like them just anywhere nowadays. My siblings and I will continue with them for as long as we can! The facility is always clean and the staff is always kind as well. They are like family at this point from how long we have been going to them. Thank you Dr Janette and Magdy Basta!

Janette is so sweet. You can see she genuinely loves each child. She coos over My child and ohhhs and aaahhhhs and loves on her and makes My child feel comfortable. She is just great and a recommend her.
