I had the worst experience! Not only did he perform a very limited examination of my complaint, give me absolutely no answers, didn't and ask any questions as to what my additional symptoms were. Then billed me four times for services that should have been included in my copay but they billed me under a different doctors name and charged me another copay. Filing a formal complaint

Wrong diagnosis, not thoroughly examined, didnt listen to my issues then billed four times by two different doctors when I only saw one. They will not accept my billing inquiries either anymore. Never going back there. Dont reccomend them!!

I saw Dr. Okun for a colonoscopy at an age where I was several years late already for my very first colonoscopy. My original procedure had to be canceled and then COVID happened so I was super nervous about what might be found after all of these delays. I met with Dr. Okun the week before my colonoscopy and he really put me at ease. While he could not make any guarantees, he looked at me, and at my bloodwork, and helped allay my fears. Turns out he was right. The procedure was a cinch ( we are put to sleep for the whole thing!). The prep drink the night before and morning of is no fun, but tolerable, especially if REFRIGERATED first. I recommend Dr. Okun as a very kindly and competent gastroenterologist and colonoscopy practitioner with no reservations. I will always feel grateful for having him in my corner. I hope he is still available in five years when my next colonoscopy is due.
