Whoever called me for an intake is very rude, her tone sounded as if she was annoyed or in a rush. As soon as she heard my child cry she said the the conversation was over and ended the call and she was only about 3 sentences in. I don't see what the problem was, the application said not to apply if you didn't have children.

Erica (counselor) was unprofessional, and the director supported her behavior. The first week Erica did not call for our weekly appointment,. The next week she called the following day and left a message saying she had phone problems,. She then decided not to have a scheduled time, but unilaterally decided to give me a window when she would call. I was supposed to sit by the phone for 30 minutes each week waiting for her to call. And when she did call she was busy cooking while speaking to me. The unprofessional ism and indifference was supported by the director . This is what you get in Passaic County.

Great place and friendly staff too. The one doctor here are nice. The therapist here is very helpful gadia is her name.

Theyre fairly new and still trying to get their footing, appointments are always on time, psychiatrist listens and doesnt force you on meds you dont want or need.. therapy is bleh.. okay i suppose. Lourdes the secretary is friendly. Excepts medicaid. Nice atmosphere.
