The wait time is horrible. Frustrating thing is that not a single staff or doctor is even remotely bothered to say sorry for making patients wait. Dr is not very knowledgeble. Overall very poor facility.

I've been Dr. Chava's patient for the past 6 years, and am very happy with her level of knowledge and exemplary care that she provides.

She kept me waiting 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Since my appointment was an early morning one, if she's 45 minutes behind first thing in the morning, clearly she is overscheduling. If she is that overscheduled, then what kind of lackadaisical care is she providing to patients? This is not acceptable.

Dr. Chava did not see me until 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. Since she does not have evening or weekend hours I had to miss work in order to sit around and wait for her to get around to seeing me. This is unacceptable.
