List of Pm Pediatrics. Clifton's Reviews
Very Friendly staff and very patient through this whole chaos we are going through.
Not sure if online booking made any difference compared to walk-in. I made the appointment online. Checked in with receptionist 7 minutes early of the appointment. Waited in car for 1 hour & 45 minutes. Seen by the nurse & then by the doctor. Total: 1:57. I was told waiting time was 30-45 minutes when I checked in with the reception. Doctor & nurse were friendly & nice though. Not too bad of an experience considering the covid situation but again I am not sure if online booking made any difference compared to the walk-ins.
Waited 6 hours to get my daughter seen. Nurse was so nice but the doctor was horrible. Very condescending and rude. Honestly will never come back again. Being a pediatric urgent care where you see kids I would expect the doctors to have more compassion and politeness. Horrible!!
In this crazy times it is so nice to find calm, respectful and helpful staff. The wait was long, but I don’t think it should be attributed to the working doctors and nurses, they are doing everything in their power with the limited resources and staff. Thank you for taking care of our children when even our own pediatrician had not available to see us. Thank you all for being there.
Had to wait 5 hours so we had to go home to wait because my son was sick and cannot wait 5 hours inside the car…8:10 pm they texted us. So we prepared my son who was then sleeping… we prepped for 10 minutes and left the house, we drove 10 minutes, we arrived 8:40 pm, receptionist was on the phone for another 10 minutes… So when I told her about my son’s appointment she said it was already cancelled… What???? Declining my sick son to be seen because we were late for few minutes after waiting for 5 hrs is very inconsiderate!!!!… The receptionist wanted us to wait for another 5 hrs! So, we have to go home and just took care of my sick son…I know, there is a policy, but sometimes, you also have to assess the situation. I was very disappointed…
We waited for 4 hours to get my daughters ears checked. And the receptionist was rude when we asked how long the wait might be.
Extremely long wait time
The worst place to do the Covid-19 test. First you need to wait 1,5 hours to get in even if you have an appointment and there is no paperwork to be done. Second it is already 2 days and I have no results. They don't care about hardship this delay causing to the working families. Don't go there for test. This place has changed to the worst
The assistant was very nice and got me comfortable with my Daughter. She was crying a lot because I had to wake her up after almost 3 hours waiting in the car in the virtual line. The Doctor was very rude. Definitely will not go back. They are treating children, need to be more patient.
This place used to be good for sick kids. Lately it’s a mad house. What’s the point of making an appointment if an hour later your still sitting in your car with your sick child. Needs to go back to when they used to put kids first and see only kids. Then sitting on the car you literally see people that come after you in first. At this point I’m just leaving.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
