Dr Weber has been the one doctor that I have come to count on. She was the first doctor to see and believe me when I felt like no one else was listening. She helped me through one of the darkest times in my life and if not for her I don’t know where I would be. I suffered a severe crush injury to my hand at work and no one would help me, they just wanted to medicate me. She found several nerve issues and corrected everyone of them. Although I still suffer with pain she helped me with some pretty bad issues and made some of them better. I credit her to basically saving my sanity. I would and do recommend her to anyone that has any kind of issue with their hands and neck. You will not regret going to her for help!!

Dr. Weber is a very warm, very down to earth, well related and caring Dr. In addition to that she is an excellent surgeon. My results were even better than she expected. I had shattered my radius and broke my ulna- my wrist was a mess! Now I can do as many push ups as my muscles allow (not hindered by my wrist) and can put full weight on my wrists during yoga. Breaking was wrist was very upsetting for me and she was calm, reassuring, encouraging. I truly have only good things to say about her and that is a very uncommon thing. I have recommended her to many people and I hope that people who are in pain from a break or injury and worried can benefit from Dr. Weber's stellar personality and awesome skills as a surgeon.

Dr. Weber is a very smart doctor with a very specialized skill set. She really knows what she is talking about, and will spend an hour in the room discussing everything with you and making sure you understand what she is telling you. I would strongly recommend her. However, he office staff members are completely inept. They will not communicate with you, and you have to blow up their phone and hound them to get a response. They make it extremely difficult to communicate with her unless you come in for an appointment, and they are not very pleasant over the phone. Still, that should not dissuade you for seeing her for anything related to nerves or vasculature.

I saw Dr. Weber to get stitches out of my finger. She saw me in a timely manner, her office staff were friendly and helpful, and her bedside manner was great. She was friendly and funny and put me at ease.

Our daughter, although 19, had a terrible accident cutting nerves and tendons in her wrist and thumb. After 2 days of extreme pain and uncertainty, she stepped into her hospital room and immediately brought calm and comfort. Amazing bedside manner. Spent over 30 minutes explaining surgery and did the same after surgery. Thorough explanation before and after surgery. Have not gone to follow up yet but ease of making appointment and courteous staff on phone was welcome.

Dr. Weber helped me when other doctors didn't know what to do with my nerve injury from an accident. My arm was paralysed, but Dr. Weber made it work again.
