If I could give a 0 star review I would. I specifically asked the scheduler if masks were required and was told no. We were told upon arrival that the doctor would not see us without masks. So although we really like Silverstein we will not return. Time to get with the times.

Wish I checked the reviews first, Rodger is unprofessional and simply does not care about his clients. I literally had to beg for a few moments with him to discuss the inability of his staff to diagnose my issue (probably just newbies but incompetent nonetheless). He was unapologetic, curt, and completely void of concern for my eye health. AVOID!

The doctor assumed everything is ok with my eyes. I told him about my issue, I went to another place and I was diagnosed. I dont reccomend this place

He did not use the appopriate diagnostic methods to diagnose dry eye syndrome. His Optometrist charged me a lot of money to buy glasses and the frames have broken so many times that I am now threatening to sue them

I chose this doctor because he had good rates. It was mistake. Never again! . I was waiting over 1 hour in waiting room as doctor came 1 hour late this morning. Finally a nurse showed me a room where she did basic checkup of my eyes. After that I was waiting another 30 minutes for the doctor! I decided to quit. A nurse asked me to stay. The doctor showed up in 1 minute. He checked my eyes in another 5 minutes and issued a prescription for glasses. I had to pay $50 for the prescription. I do not know another doctor who takes additional money just for the prescription. I decided to never visit this doctor again. Overall the nurses and reception people are very nice and friendly. If I could, I would give the doctor zero points.

Been using him for 15 years and wouldn't change for anybody. Had cataract surgery 10 years ago and everything still good. Because of his followup and care, my eyes are EXCELLENT going into my 8th decade! His office staff is wonderful - very caring, friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
