List of Shan Nagendra's Reviews
BEWARE of this practice! When I called in advance they said they accepted my insurance. Days later, they called back saying that they DON’T accept my insurance and tried to accuse me of purposefully providing misinformation regarding my insurance company’s name. I definitely did not do that! At my appointment, when I provided my insurance card, nobody said anything. Instead, now I’m being told that they said it to me and that I agreed to pay out of pocket. It DID NOT happen! This feels like a scam that they often do, according to other people’s reviews. I know what I said, I know what transpired. This is absolutely unacceptable.
Horrible doctor. He will charge you for a visit even if you have an insurance that he participates with. So he'll charge your insurance and ask you to pay as well. He's trying to get into doing esthetic work with fillers and botox and he has no clue on how to inject if you're there for cosmetic purposes. Beware of this money hungry con artist. He will go after every penny you have and you'll end up looking like him because he practices on himself. He keeps braging about his diplomas and is full of himself. Stuck in a stone age, rude and inconsiderate. I will report him to the fraud department. He is a con artist.
Ahh what do I say? Dr.Nagendra isn't someone you can be immediately aggressive or stern with. He has over 50 years experience. If he doesn't feel your vibe, he will dismiss you. My hubby had to fix a few instances between us bumping heads, but he takes responsibility that you are his patient. He does not do any modern testing at his office nor suggests it unless you ask and he will write a script. In his own words he "works for God". He certainly does. He will help anyone with pain as long as you prove there is a reason to. Honestly, I love him. At first, it was difficult because I'm very aggressive, but I learned his nature and how to work with him. Today, I tell him everything. I can cry, be sincere, laugh or debate. He's genuinely sent from above and I'm very fortunate I met him. Be calm and honest. May take a few attempts to get him to listen fully, but he is not about money. Many prescribe to make money including very invasive surgeries like an opioid pump. He will NOT do that. He will keep you alive and do his best to save your other organs such as your liver while trying to treat your pain. Be patient with him and you will thank above for him being in your life. I know I am grateful.
This man deserves 0 STARS. My wife went to him when out of the blue she had tingling all over her body (mostly legs and arms) and severe pain and nausea. All he said was "it's temporary and it will go away in a week or two" and offered a B12 shot (without even looking at her current B12 levels). We saw him 5 times in the span of 6 weeks and all the symptoms kept getting worse and worse, and we asked why won't you order any bloodwork or scans or anything. He said, "no, that's not needed, it will go away, here is ANOTHER B12 shot". We went for a second opinion at that point and the new doctor immediately ordered an MRI of the Brain, and Cervical spine. Low and behold my wife had a structural growth on her cervical spine causing severe compression of her spinal cord. THANK GOD WE WENT FOR A SECOND OPINION. This man is too old, and does not care about his patients. He constantly rushed us out of his office and said my wife was imagining her symptoms and to "go home and eat more protein". This man does not deserve to practice medicine anymore. STAY AWAY!
Had an accident a few years back been to quite a few different doctors and Dr Nagendra has gone above and beyond the rest to help me recover he takes his time to evaluate and listen to his patients he's committed to helping, his staff is friendly and helpful would highly recommend
Doctor is Extremely compassionate and makes sure to help you relieve pain.
If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. This man is rude, stuck in his own beliefs, and full of himself. When expressing that my brother was in pain and couldn’t speak, Dr. Nagendra refused to acknowledge that he was and refused to speak to me. Then when we told him the medicine he prescribed wasn’t working for my brother, he proceeded to show us all his degrees to show his power in a rude way. After I began to speak the “doctor” put his hand out and silenced me then went on to only speak to my husband because he believes that he is the “head of household” as the man of the family... it’s easy to say that this man is not made to be a doctor, he doesn’t care about his patients.
My experience with Dr. Nagendra and his staff was absolutely amazing the concern he shows for his patients is on point he really takes time to get to know you and address the issues. Hands Down I would recommend this Dr. to anyone that has neurological disorders
The Doctor was very caring, so was his staff. They helped me through a difficult time, no other dr. or physical therapist I went to gave me hope. this doctor did, and he successfully healed me with the treatment. 10/10
He's the most thoughtful, caring, & helpful doctor. He listens to what you say to help give you the best therapy for your pain. I'm thankful to be his patient. God bless him. 🙏

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
