As I sat in the waiting room I saw the care and compassion that everyone at Summit in Clifton had for the patients. I always knew that they were all wonderful but this just proved it to me.

POOR BLOODWORK:Went for my blood work. After finishing the work I came home when I removed my bandage the cotton pad soaked with blood. This’s first time ever I’m noticing losing so much blood , even after putting a bandage.

SCAM ALERT!!! $450 to get your ears cleaned. You think they would drop that number on you when you visit? Nahhh they wait to mail those numbers out because no one in their right mind would pay that if they knew ahead of time. Avoid this place.

Everytime I go there there's a problem. I really did not like the attitude/ opinions of one male Dr. I saw so while trying to see a new Dr. (After my appointment was changed by them multiple times) I was sent away for my bloodwork before my actual appointment next week because I took vitamins? The girl at the front desk for bloodwork is completely rude. I try to ask questions and she literally said" I can't help you if you talk over me" I work in Healthcare and your job is to keep calm during difficult discussions, not escalate the issues and that is what has happened multiple times for me with this individual. If you are that ON edge this early in the AM , you need a new profession

Room 107 is the Lab. However, I was told that I could arrive for lab work earlier than my appointment by the doctor's office upstairs. Arrived at around 7 am opening time and saw four people in the waiting room and they were taken care of quickly. However, I was told that I had to come back at my appointment time because other patients have appointments during this time. THERE WERE NO OTHER PATIENTS IN THE WAITING ROOM AND NONE COMING INTO THE WAITING AREA AS I LEFT!! Courtesy is not a way of business in this lab office!

Do not even waste your time for a visit. Doctor Katz and staff are rude and really do not care what happens to you. Anyone thinking of bringing elderly parents here, please think again and go elsewhere.

Spend over a grand here, it was horrible! Some of the laziest uninformed doctors I've been treated by. None of the treatment given to me by them did not work and in fact made the situation a lot worse. Don't go here if you're looking for a dermatologist!
