So much wait time .. my appointment for 12.30 pm… I am assigned in exam room now 1.20pm still waiting. Ridiculous that office doesn’t abide by times… everyone’s times are important.

The doctor is nice but the wait is ridiculous. 3 years I have gone there I thought it could change but no! Had an appointment at 4:00pm and they saw me at 6:00 yo make me wait another 15 minutes in the room. If you have time and patience this is for you!

When I learned that dr. Shah has taken over dr. Gaglianos patients , I was his patient for some 20 years, I made an appointment and my appointment was for today, 8/17. My appointment was for 3:30 and i.was told to get there earlier being i am.first time patient. So I did. I waited some time , she took my blood pressure and told me to go back in the waiting room. Some,.4-5 women came after me and they.were going right in. . I asked one the nurses what is going on, how these women just came after me and they were going right in. By this time was already 4:40 . So I said to my self they will take me in and probably will be another hour. So, I just left. Maybe he is a good dr. but to wast all this time it is in sane What a. Waste of time. I had a great experience at this practice. I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Shah as my OB/GYN. I met with, both, Dr. Shah & Dr. Singh. The wait time can be longer than usual. The woman, Ruby, has always been able to accommodate my appointments. Both doctors are very informative, and that I was very happy for. It was my first pregnancy. It was all a wonderful experience from every OB visits all the way to the delivery room. Thank you Dr. Shah & Dr. Singh, and staff. I had a great experience at this practice. I don’t like on the way they answer the phone !

Had an appt at 9:45 to measure the size of my stomach at 11 weeks, which would usually be a 15 min appt 30 mins tops, I had still not been seen by the dr and it was 11:00 by then, could not and did not want to wait any longer cause I had to take my son to his own dr appt. This is the second time that I’ve been there and twice waited for over an hour to be seen! Absolutely ridiculous! Now I need to find a new dr. cause no one has time to take a whole day off to see a dr that should be a typically 30 min appt! A waste of time thanks to the staff. Went in for an annual, waited 30 mins to be seen, dr walks in & I’m told I can’t be seen because I don’t have a mask. I ask for one, he walks out & tells his staff I shouldn’t have even been let in. Agreed because I should of been told this right from the start. Nurse comes in to tell me I need a mask again, I ask for one & she states they have none. Incredible how a doctors office has not one disposable mask to give out. A waste of time thanks to the staff. Dr. Shah - very thankful to him. Words are not enough to describe him. He is very positive, calm and listens to you very patiently. Best doctor! Dr. Singh also very calm, listens to you very patiently. Both doctors made my journey very smooth. Strongly recommend!

DR shah the best 🙏🏻Thank you very much I had my period very strong and the other gynecologist doctors did nothing for my situation one day I went to Paulison Ave in Clifton and I saw him and decided to make an appointment !!
