I went to this clinic to have a pap smear test because I suspected the sores in my vagina, but they said they couldn't do the test on the same day because they were doing a general vaginal examination, so they gave me a date for a pap smear test 1 week later and sent me, the package insert for the medicine he gave me for the sore in my vagina said it couldn't be used inside the vagina, so I couldn't use the medicine he prescribed me anyway, when I went the next week, the doctor called me to his room and evaluated the results of the blood test he did the first week, and again, no smear test was done. You gave me a date for a pap smear test and when I said that's why I came today, they said we couldn't do the test because we had a consultation today and gave me a date for two weeks later, I've been waiting for a pap smear test for days, stressed out, but they still didn't do it. I definitely don't recommend this clinic.

I visited this doctor in the begging of December of this year and found him to be knowledgeable and interested in finding the root cause of my issues. However, the office staff (except for the lab lady) were extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. They lacked basic people skills and treated me like I was an inconvenience. When I requested to have my labs done at a more convenient location, they sent me the referral, but when I returned two days later (due to limited office hours), I was met with a dismissive "Seriously?" I've been waiting for my test results for over two weeks, and the lack of communication and accommodation from the staff is appalling. I made an appointment with the front desk staff to discuss my results on December 30th(suggested by the office itself), but when I called to confirm, they told me the appointment wasn't made and I'd have to wait another week. No effort was made to resolve the issue or provide alternative solutions besides waiting for someone to cancel. Waiting almost 4 weeks to get my issues resolved is unacceptable. The staff's lack of concern for patient satisfaction and their unprofessional demeanor makes me hesitant to return. Hanging up the phone at an upset patient is no good customer service! Doctor’s office often forget they work FOR THE PEOPLE! I’m a very respectful and problem avoiding person but decided to stay not quite because this is NOT FAIR!

I do not recommend going to this clinic. After the visit I was left with a very unpleasant impression. They took a deposit from me in case the insurance did not cover the services, in the end the insurance covered it but the deposit was not returned. My opinion is that I was deceived. After the visit, did not receive a patient report or the results of the ultrasound examination. Я не рекомендую обращаться в эту клинику. После визита остался очень неприятное впечатление. С меня взяли депозит на случай если страховка не покроет услуги, в итоге страховая покрыла но депозит не вернули. Мое мнение что меня обманули. После визита не получила Patient report и результаты обследования УЗИ.

Worst staff ever. No clue and super RUDE!. All to them is money. I'II never come back. I don't recommend this clinics.

Dr.Bodnar is brilliant, professional, and friendly. He answers all questions thoughtfully and explains everything in a very understandable way. His office staff is the best, polite and efficient. I highly recommend him and his team.

The best dr you can ask

Dr. A. Bodnar is the best doctor for Gyn/Obs at all. I cannot even write at all about his knowledge, attitude to patient and etc. I would give him much more stars.
