Randy S. Klein's Online Review Report Card

I beleave our family is probably his oldest clients. We met Dr. Klein whan he was doing his internship at Somerset Hospital. He is WONDERFUL, CARING AND TAKES TIME TO LISTEN!!

Dr. Randy Klein is an excellent doctor who takes the time to listen and sort out your medical issues to best address them. He's both knowledgeable and personable (corny jokes appreciated). Dr. Klein will give you the attention you need to help resolve your medical issues and make managing them easier.

Terrible office in Flemington. Extremely rude and condisending receptionist. Received multiple phone calls in one week to schedule a well check up as I was being seen for an illness. I felt harassed and was made to feel like there was nothing wrong with me when after I insisted something wasn't right the PA finally referred me for scans and found out there was something wrong. They never called to check up on me just dropped me as a patient for not scheduling my annual well exam. Can never get into see Dr Klein, only the PA. He never returns phone calls. Dont go to this practice. The office will drop you as a patient with out warning.

This place is awful. They are rude, worthless and should be shut down. We have been there 3 times and each time they could not help us. Very unprofessional of a doctor to turn away a suffering patient the way they do.

excellent caring doctor. Great with my teenager. Very kind and funny. Took care of me and my daughter with the utmost professionalism.

Dr. Klein has been my GP for over twenty years. He has always been patient and helpful with the many injuries and issues I have had over the years. I always try to schedule an appointment for most things and though wait times can sometimes belong, they are no different than any other doctors office I've been to. He and his staff have always been sensitive to my personal feeling on health and medications, and even my financial concerns to the costs of labs, prescriptions and treatments. Though we're is no "one shoe fits all" in this world. I recommend Dr Klein and his staff to anyone who asks.

Every time I saw Dr. Randy Klein, he was very, very nasty to me. He blatantly did not care about my condition or helping me, and had an huge ego, though he had no reason to have one. He also kicked me out of the office way before I thought my time was up. He even made very rude comments to me, which were so unnecessary, especially for someone in the pain that I was in.

Flemiton Office wait time hours left without seeing doctor. Staff unprofessional, personal phone calls priority,no personal contact with me. Had to wait for recept to check me in pre-occupied on personal calls. A patient came in with a scheduled appt and I knew I would have to wait additional time after her scheduled time. No comprehension of time for sick patients waiting to be seen. Wrote Dr. Klein about his Flemington Office and he never responded? Guess he approves of their policy. Professional? I asked for my paperwork back and receptionist insisted on making a copy I said you don't need a copy I am leaving, she said it is for legal purposes? I have been to the Flemington Office 2 or 3 times and have never had less then a 2 hour wait? 2 days for a pres to be called in? I tried to schedule an appt once I was told on the phone they don't take appts but somehow favorites get one? Not what they advertise? NEEDS IMPROVEMENT-NEVER GOING BACK- Medemerge in Greenbrook (very good)
