She's nice enough, but rushes you through appointments and does not give helpful suggestions beyond what is immediately obvious - as in the kind you would already know yourself from common sense. Generally unhelpful unless your problem is very obvious, in which case you probably wouldn't need to see her anyways.

Dr. V Chen has been my family for over 20 years. She has also been my daughter's family doctor since the day they were born. Dr. Chen has seen me through some very tough times (suicides, depression, mental health disorders) and she has helped me pull through by sending me to some great specialist and just sitting down and talking with me. She always takes the time to understand EVERYTHING about you and any issue you might be having, and you work with her to get better and better educated. She is one and will always be the best to me and my family

Dr. Chen was my family doctor for 30 years. I cannot say enough great things about her - superlative doctor in all categories. No complaints ever. Those of you who have her, or want to get a GP, know that she is the BEST. She is the epitome of professionalism, knowledge and bedside manners. Loved my doctor. I retired and moved far away and continued to see her for 8 years, but now I can no longer do the commute. I will miss my doctor! Thank you Dr. Chen!

I called this morning to set up an appointment for my daughter as she is complaining of dizziness, nausea, and fainted while giving blood. The office staff would not schedule her for an appointment until I gave them the date of her last physical. I understand that the insurance won't cover her for a physical except once a year, but she is DIZZY NAUSEOUS AND FAINTED. It looks like I'll be finding another doctor's office.

Excellent Doctor. Never left waiting and gives the appropriate amount of time for the visit reason. Location is a bit congested but there is always parking available.

Dr Chen failed to diagnose Raynaud's syndrome when I was a teenager. I guess she thought I was a hypochondriac (not the case) and told me to wear gloves. Woefully lacking knowledge and a bedside manner as a GP!

Have seen Dr. Chen for approximately 20 years and I consider it a privilege to have had her as my GP. Not only knowledgeable but extremely punctual. She has always taken the time to listen and to explain what is going on with my medical issues. She's a godsend!
