I love Dr Molnar he takes the time to listen to what your saying and goes above and beyond best Dr ever
Dr. Tsay is the best but no matter what the issue I can’t seem to get an appointment or a phone call any more. I’m very sad that the process just blocks patients from sick care at this office and the only appointments are planned no emergencies ever even if you think you need your doctor good luck. I’m so sad and frustrated with the difficulty of getting to speak to my doctor when I need him. I don’t know who’s to blame on this but I need a doctor and I no longer have access to mine

The doctors are great, the staff not so much. You follow the instructions they give you just so you can call back and they tell you that your wrong.
Horrible office staff (the good ones have left), awesome medical staff !!
im moving to town a few years ago, we luckily stumbled upon this office. we didn’t have a preference for a doctor, but luckily, they gave us Dr. Molnar. i cannot begin to explain how wonderful he is. my sister went through a lot of medical & mental health issues, & she would not listen to ANY medical professional, my parents, or literally anyone, except Dr. Molnar. he was able to talk her down, give her so much information, & encourage her to get the help she needed. he also keeps track of my medication so I don’t have to see a psychiatrist. I’ve been on my medication for 5 years, so he felt comfortable enough to help monitor it for me. he has been astounding in his professionalism, knowledge, & care. i am so thankful we found him! i’ve had nothing but exceptional medical attention & care. (i’ve also heard a lot of great things about Dr. Kim) the receptionists are also lovely!
The Doctors are great, when you can get one. I recently had the worst experience with front desk junk yard dog Lori. My wife called with a respiratory issue and wanted to be seen. She was told “ we do not see sick people” by Lori. My wife explained she tested weekly because she works at a school and was tested negative two days prior, they told her zoom only. I called a week later because her cough remained and Lori stated she knew the situation. I tried to make the protocol zoom appointment in which during that process I tried to ask a question , she then accused me of yelling at her and hung up. Her conduct was that of a child for being questioned. I’m well aware they can hang up if you become belligerent, but that was not the case. She refused to let me speak and hung up again very child like. The doctors are great!! People need doctors when they are sick, when they are sick they need compassion not a combative tired junkyard dog to run them off. The math dictates that a bedside manner like that will cost the Doctors their patients. Look deep at who is running the front desk and how they do it. Lori needs to go!! She makes them all look bad. Hypacratic Oath doesn’t exist here!!! Meds and physicals , nothing for the actual sick. The healthy do not need doctors
Dr .Cullen is a wonderful doctor. He always listens to me and takes his time with me,, never rushes and is what all small town doctors should be. I am glad to have him for my general health needs.
The doctors there are great, especially Dr. Tsay. They listen and help with anything you need! Unfortunately, the administrative staff was rude and did not give me the time of day when I went there for help. The receptionist was polite but wasn’t much help for what I needed, so she called in her manager/supervisor. I wish I had gotten her name because the supervisor was rude and condescending. She wouldn’t listen to what I had to say and rushed me out of the office. I needed clearance from doctor Tsay to return to work, and the supervisor rudely told me that I didn’t have the right paperwork and said she couldn’t help. I offered to go home and print the paperwork, and she reluctantly approved. Health care is supposed to include caring for the patients in need, and this women did not care at all, only wanted me out of the office. I understand that COVID causes nurses to be overworked and tired, but I was in no way rude to this women and only asked for help, and received very poor service in return. So to the supervisor at Skylands, I hope you take into consideration how you talk to people because you are very rude and there was no reason for it! Safe to say I will not be returning, which is sad because I have been going there since I was a kid.
Shouldn’t have to call an office 8 times in as many days to be told Dr no in TODAY. Severe sleep apnea I guess is severe, but possibly not. Who can tell?

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
