First and foremost, I was appalled by the receptionist, Cynthia, consistently rude and unprofessional demeanor. Her dismissive attitude towards my concerns was evident from the moment I entered the clinic, creating an unwelcoming and uncomfortable environment for both me and my child. Instead of providing the compassion and empathy one would expect when i told her my child needs to be seen immediately because of his vomiting and nausea, the receptionist dismissed the concern and told me to ‘if you want to go to the ER, go ahead u don’t need to ask me’ and seemed more interested in rushing through their tasks without considering the needs of the patients. Furthermore, I was deeply disheartened by her refusal to accommodate my requests effectively. When I sought assistance regarding my specific needs, they demonstrated a complete lack of willingness to listen and understand my concerns. Despite my efforts to communicate clearly, the receptionist appeared uninterested in providing me with the necessary information and assistance, leaving me feeling neglected and disregarded.

I have had the pleasure of having Dr. Sudjono-Santoso care for all three of my children since 2003. She is not only kind, but shows a true devotion to her patients. True to her profession, and understands that its not only the needs of her patients but their parents too. Education is something she does very well to ensure parents understand their children's needs. She has always taken generous time to ensure care is fully provided in every way. Dr. Santoso comes very highly recommended!

Although Dr.Santoso is skillful, the receptionist, Cynthia, is rude, disorganized, and inefficient. Cynthia, without notice, canceled my appointment for two sick kids because I did not call back with negative covid-19 testing. I was frustrated after taking a whole day off from work because I could not get the medical help I needed for my children; I called to express my frustration, but she kept hanging up on me. I have never met such an unethical professional in my life. I am leaving this comment after experiencing disrespect and professional error more than once with Cynthia.

I have worked with and have known Dr. Santoso for the past five years and there is no one who is more knowledgeable about and compassionate for the family's of Trenton and surrounding areas. The office is full of activity because she does provide such an essential resource to the area. Check out the beautiful fish tank in Cranbury waiting room or ask for a book or two in the Trenton office! She may even let you take one home! Note: Her staff are all Spanish speaking often as their first language which provides much smoother translation and interpretation for you and your family. You can be sure that her time and recommendations for you are based on the most current medical science and her assessments are of the highest level of skill.

They never answer the phone

Very long wait times. I have to wait for 30-40 minutes before the doctor comes. But the doctor is a good doctor.

Although the doctor is very polite, the office is slow, disorganized and inefficient. It took me days to be able to MAKE an appointment. The day of, waited 1.5 hours (time that came out of my workday because they break for lunch) basically to have my very healthy 15yo weighed and measured for a school physical which ended up being incomplete, to chase them again. They didn’t do their job right the first time but of course, I was wrong for not happily chasing them the entire day and never answering their phone. We have insurance so new doctor it is!

Dr. Santoso takes time to ensure you understand not only the treatment, but also the cause of illness/injury. I’ve never felt rushed and feel like she genuinely cares for her patients.
