The follow up, communication, professionalism and bedside manner of Dr. Giangrante and his team was outstanding and unlike any prime care team I have ever had before. My entire experience went above my expectations. In my opinion, Vanguard Medical Group is a five star primary care facility.

I’ve been going to Dr. G for over four years now. And my experience with him and his office has been great. I usually don’t have to wait more than ten mins to see him. He is very friendly and professional. Would highly recommend.

We've been going to Dr Giangrante for my wife and I and our three children and have been very happy with him. He keeps things simple with a very easy going demeanor - not over complicating or dramatizing things. He's also been very respectful of our wishes as parents for our children which we've greatly appreciated as well.

This group is very unprofessional. I made an appointment for Dr. Giangrante using Zoc doc only for it be canceled weeks later without any explanation. Get off zoc doc if you don't use it! I called in and could never get an answer from new patients extension after trying 6 times. I then made an appointment after using the existing patients extension. When I went in for my blood work last week, they said my appointment was canceled. I didn't understand why, but they offered one for the day before so I went with it. I confirmed the appointment in person, over the phone when they called and online in their portal. I showed up and they said they see my appointment as canceled. That's 3 appointments that they have now canceled and I have seen the Dr 0 times.

It was an awful visit. Even though I made an appointment and confirmed it over the phone and online, they canceled it. Complete disregard for the patient.
