Dr. Margolin and his Staff are some of the most professional and compassionate people I have ever dealt with. The amount of time and care Dr. Margolin gives to a single patient is amazing. The Office Staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

I had called in February to make an appt and they told me i had to wait 3 Mos for an appt. Unfortunately I had to reschedule my appt twice due to work and child care issues. The third appt I had they called and said I needed to come in 30 minutes early and I told them I couldn't and I had to reschedule. The front desk person had to get the nurse/office manager Melissa involved. She was extremely rude and disrespectful on the phone. She said because I rescheduled 3 times I couldn't be a patient there anymore. She said sorry and I hung up. I called back to speak to her and I said to her that I didn't know the policy and I didn't appreciate the attitude. She goes well its the policy and that's it. I said you guys called to inform that I needed to come in earlier and now that I can't and need to reschedule you wanna drop me as a new patient? I didn't know the policy. She rudely replies "well we didn't expect you to reschedule 3 times" So rude and disrespectful. I'm sure there are practices out there with better staff. Why do i need to wait 3 mos for an appt? Why is the staff so rude? And it seems that I'm not the only one that feels that way. Dr. Margolin if you start to experience more empty appointments on your schedule it's because you need to reevaluate your staffing decisions.

I had the same experience as another reviewer. Called to make an appointment. With my insurance I don't need referrals. She was completely rude! She should be fired! Happily take my money elsewhere!

Dr. Margolin is very thorough and he takes the time you need for him to explain things to you. His staff is also very pleasant and makes sure that you have all the information you need.
