Great experience at the Cranford facility. I was actually early for my ultrasound appointment. Sent the text “here” to let them know I had arrived. They took me right in, checked me in and I waited about 5 minutes to be seen. The women behind the desk were super friendly, and so was the woman who did my ultrasound! I would highly recommend. A great experience from making the appointment all the way through the MRI. Everyone was thorough, communicative, and friendly. Check in was easy online and in person. The MRI tech, Stevie, was extremely kind and informative. He was happy to make sure I was comfortable. I was very comfortable during the MRI - they give you earplugs and an additional padding to block out the sound. They took me on time.
