Dr. Casper gave my sister too many tranquilizers. After she was diagnosed with dementia every doctor that saw her could not believe that a doctor that was not a psychiatrist put a elderly patient on 2mg. Of Xanax 3 times a day. When I went with her to his office he was annoyed when I asked questions. He refilled her medications with out seeing her. Some should do an audit on his charts.
