The staff was very professional and friendly. There was no long waiting room time. They are very concerned with post care, and that their patients are healing properly.

Customer service is atrocious. You can never access the front desk personnel, even after directly speaking with an externally sourced representative 3 times. One rep asked me to press the schedule appointment prompt because I needed to speak with office staff. After sitting on hold 15 minutes, a different rep answered, and refused to send the call until I provided a detailed explanation. At this point, I am forced to go into the office to address an insurance issue which could have been handled via phone. Very unfortunate as I was pleased with the care provided in the office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Karen Harkaway from the Schweiger Dermatology Group (formerly The Haraway Center) for over a decade and cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Harkaway. She is always professional, pleasant and has a true empathy for her patients. I highly recommend Schweiger Dermatology and if she is taking on new patients, ask for Dr. H. as you won't be disappointed! As always - THANKS SCHWEIGER!!!
