List of Abram E. Kirschenbaum Md's Reviews
By far the best experience I had. Compassion. Through
I saw Dr Kirschenbaum a long time ago. Had broken a bone in my elbow. Another doctor had me set in a sling for a month. After that there were still problems, that's when I went to Dr.K. As soon as he saw it he knew I needed surgery. He had me scheduled immediately. It was a long road to recovery but I could not have been happier with the doctor and his staff. They all did a great job, and to this day I recommend him to anyone who needs a specialist. Maybe a year ago I went back for a broken finger, I was seeing another doctor and wanted Dr K to give it a look over. Again staff was great and he does a great job of explaining what's going on. He even asked to take a look at my elbow while I was there, said he doesn't get many 15 year follow-ups. Great Doctor and staff.
Dr Kirschenbaum was amazing his staff and abilities as surgeon were the best saved my fingers was God sent would highly recommend thanks again
I was referred to Dr. Kirschenbaum for treatment of trigger finger of my right middle finger. He didn't concern himself with just that finger, but examined all my fingers and found that I had the same condition, but in earlier stages, in two other fingers. He took time to explain to my wife and me the nature of my condition and the recommended non-surgical treatment. He injected a steroid solution ...
Dr. K and his staff are great. Over the last 20 years he has done both right and left carpel tunnel release surgeries, both turned out beautifully with quick recoveries. Last year I managed to break both of my pinkeys at the same time. He had to surgically repair both of them, one with 2 plates and 4 screws, the other with a pin. 6 weeks after that surgery I fell and broke another small bone at the base of one of my pinkeys, I just walked into his office and he took care of me in between his next patients. He's kind, caring, and very good at what he does. I recommend Dr. K highly.
I have been a patient of Dr. Kirschenbaum for over 14 years and I would go no where else! Being a musician my hands are important to me and under his care I have been able to continue performing to this day! I have brought my own children to Dr. Kirschenbaum with many sports injuries and I am grateful for the amazing care they have received time and time again by everyone in the office!
2 visits kept changing diagnosis selling me useless apparatus had to get legal action to have my records sent rude office staff
He may be a good doctor, but he did not help or seem very interested in helping me. Gave me two different diagnoses and had my buy two different medical devices, both of which were useless. Very disorganized doctor who could not even read his own charts accurately as he was going to reexray my elbows for a second time needlessly. He has a woman also in the examining room with him who seems to be the one reading and reminding him of his previous exams. I am going to another great physician.
Dr. Kirschenbaum has caused me much pain - pain that I did not have before he operated on my ulner nerve and carpel tunnel. I went back to him several times and he told me nothing was wrong. (Tell my hand and arm that). Another surgeon told me it was a botch job.
From the professional and compassionate staff right up to Dr. Kirschenbaum himself, I highly recommend this office for the medical treatment of carpal tunnel syndrome. Dr. Kirschenbaum has an excellent patient rapport and is highly motivated to meet his patient's needs. Thank you for getting me to solid nights' of sleep with surgery, quickly and without the hassle or run around, and for the complete follow up care. His surgery was done with minimal recovery pain and I had absolutely no complications.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
