Dr Bruce was very rude and terminated me from treating me from Lyme desease I am still very ill because he fell in 2 ocasiones to provide the blood work results for Lyme desease. He contacted me after 25 days; I am still with joints, muscle, neck, headaches, fatigue etc due to Lyme desease. I have to asked to be tested for lyme because of sickness when he said everything is negative seems to me he does not what Lyme is, is a terrible desease that affects the joints, waiting time 2 hours+ he always has phone emergencies, very rude…,,

The people who complain about the wait time do not understand how he operates. He not only is concerned about the physicality of your illness but how you are affected emotionally. He has great bedside manners and is extremely knowledgeable. My wife and I are both patients and always leave satisfied.

I've never met a man who cares more deeply or spends more time with his patients than Dr. Bruce. This is not a practice where you feel as if you are a dollar sign and your issues are allotted 5 minutes of a doctors time before they vanish out the door. I suggest those who use the same criteria to judge medical professionals as they do for ordering seamless delivery look elsewhere for a doctor. Those interested in high quality medical care that put your needs first.... you've come to the right place.

I have been going to Dr. Mintz for 16 years. He is the most knowledgeable doctor I’ve ever been to. And, one of the most caring. The other reviews here are unfair. They do not speak to his expertise and capabilities to diagnose and treat. Yes, the wait time can vary, I’ve both waited and gotten in right away - but he’s worth the wait. I’d rather go to a busy doctor than not one. THAT is a proof-point right there that he’s good!

This is the second time I had to wait over an hour to see Dr Mintz. The first time he wasn't here and no one called to inform me that he had an emergency. When he finally saw me he spent less than 5 minutes This time my appointment was for 11 and it's 12 noon and I am still waiting. Urgh me won't be here again.
