Dr Miric Neurology Center's Online Review Report Card

dr miric is really good, but his staff is rude. it’s the absolute worst office staff i've ever dealt with.

I went to Mirc many years ago after going to many nerolgist back then 22 years ago he was great not any more He doesn't listen to me anymore he was there original persciber for the mediation Im still on today sadly I am angry because benzodiazipine are part of protocol for dystona patients I left very angry with him he started me off on this pathway I don't understand why he doesn't listen to his patients dude I hate to tell you that you're not the best Dr ever anymore try listening to your patients again and your staff is obnoxious and impossible to deal with her some people interested in taking care of your patients or put the key in the door and call it a good career move

If I could rate him with a negative score I would. He basically forced me into retirement. Thankfully I am not 35 years old with a mortgage and family to support. He would have ruined our lives. I suggest if you need to still work, need a doctor who is responsive, caring with an office staff who will help, RUN, don’t walk away from this doctor. HE IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!

Today, we received a call from your office regarding my aunt's upcoming appointment, and unfortunately, the interaction with the receptionist left us concerned. My aunt, who sometimes struggles to remember appointments, politely asked if a reminder call could be provided. The receptionist abruptly replied, “Yeah, we don’t do that,” and when I asked for confirmation of the appointment, she repeated the same and hung up. I called back and spoke with a fellow who failed to mention his name and denied me the opportunity to speak with the office manager. This interaction left me uneasy. This is a new patient appointment, and my aunt deserves to feel comfortable and supported. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this matter further to ensure her visit is positive and welcoming. Thank you for your understanding.

I Have been a patient of Dr Meric for over 3 years now he is the most helpful Dr I have ever had he listens takes his time if tests are needed his staff goes to great lengths to to keep you as comfortable as possible can't say enough about Lori jumps hoops with insurance issues always a simile to if your considering Dr Meric you will be taken care of by one of the most experienced neurologists you ever net

Doctor miric is one of the best doctors office I ever been to. He is such a awesome doctor he takes really good care of his patience. There is one of the best secretary I ever spoken with on the phone and at Dr Mirics office her name is Lori she is the best secretarys that this office ever has. Dr miric always gets my message that I leave with Lori she is one of the nicest secretaries I ever met. Lori is the best I appreciate all your hard work that you do for every patient that walks in that door. You are very respectful keep up the fantastic work Lori.

This doctor's office is incredibly frustrating. It's astonishing that other doctors recommend it. Trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare – they won't answer your calls but will call you instead, giving a false sense of popularity. Once you're there, the outdated systems and rude receptionists make it an unpleasant experience, leaving you feeling like you're begging for free treatment.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AND SENSITIVITY TRAINING NEEDED. To the old unhappy miserable lady who never accomplished anything in her very sad life who called me today for insurance information I hope u get fired soon! But then again you are already living a sad sad sad life go get your meds refilled.
