Edward Kosoy's Online Review Report Card

I was told by Scott that the cost of the lab work and appointment visit with Dr. Kosoy (which was only 6 minutes long) would be 295.00. I was billed another 328.00 by their lab and when I questioned the lab about the bill they referred me back to Dr. Kosoy’s office. My husband and I were seen by Dr. Kosoy and we were given the same information by Scott who failed to return my calls or texts regarding this matter. There’s something very wrong with this company because it seems no one really knows what’s going on there. Additionally, I was informed by my PCP that my blood work was actually perfect and that there was absolutely no need for me to be placed on testosterone. Overall, I find this practice to be extremely sketchy and if I could do it over again I would have stuck with my GP/OB.

Don't put your well-being in the hands of this doctor or his staff members. I went to his other medical office location in West Caldwell, NJ. On the first visit, the office assistant didn't know I had an appointment because Olga failed to inform her. Secondly, the staff fails to tell you that their office closed in the middle of the day and I was forced to wait outside for my medical transportation. They immediately ask you for your pharmacy because the doctor already has plans to unnecessary put you on medication for a made up reason. When I sat down with the doctor, after he looked at my medical history documents given to him that is self explanatory that I needed him to pickup where my former physician failed. Dr. Kosoy says to me "Well, your other doctor already concluded your problem; so I don't see how I can be of help.". I was like taken back by the lack of medical interest to dig deeper into the source of my illness. Then, he starts telling me about I might have diabetes because my family members has it. I stopped him in his tracks and told him it's a diet problem with diabetes not an inheritance. Next, Dr. Kosoy starts telling me he wants to do blood work but doesn't order it with fasting. I tell him to order it through the home service that will come draw blood at my home but Olga fails to connect the service. After I had my blood test done, this doctor failed to call me about it for five months! I had to call his office and ask for the test results; only to be connected to a voice recording saying he is on leave. At that point, I decided to replace this negligent Dr. KoSoy with a holistic doctor who is far better to resolve my medical issues. Do not use this physician because you are placing your health at risk in my opinion. No patient shouldn't have to call a doctor for medical tests that reveal high abnormal results. A doctor who fails to follow up is one who is looking cause you to be unnecessarily on medicine. In my opinion, this doctor needs his license revoked.

Wonderful doctor who implemented latest guidelines and explained my condition to make it understandable. Great bed side manner and attention oriented to details . Made me feel better after couple of visits after so many unsuccessful tries with other doctors I’ve been to. Great experience, will bring my whole family, such a gem, so hard to find these days. No unnecessary testes just what you really need.

It took a while to recover from communication with Olga Kosoy, who is the manager of Dr. Kosoy's office. I have never heard so much rudeness, anger from the mouth of a medical office staff. Instead of just renewing the very inportant blood pressure medicine I was required to have additional visits every few weeks (during a pandemic). I do not speak English ... Could be that only Russian-speaking patients have problems with appointments, because all communication goes through his wife Olga Kosoy, who is very rude and uprofessional.

STAY AWAY from this terrible medical office. They are the most rude people you may encounter in your life. All they want is to charge your insurance money.

Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I Appreciate Dr.Olga Kosoy for taking the time to call in a script last minute. The medicine was called into my pharmacy and it was ready to pick up immediately. She was also kind, patient and very helpful. Dr. Edward Kosoy and all of the staff are friendly and great to work with, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

My wife was a patient for many years, and recently I became a patient too. (I was never a fan of any doctors. ) Our blood pressures and sugars gotten better than ever! We had lost a lot of weight and both feel great! This doctor is just amazing! He tuned up our systems and that’s all we needed. The office atmosphere is very welcoming and staff is friendly and super nice! Never a long wait, always very organized and consistent with appointment times. We recommend him to all our family and friends.

Dr. Edward Kosoy was Patient, Thorough, Compassionate, informative, and left me feeling less anxious and fearful about what I have been feeling. He took the time to listen and go over what I have been through thus far. I am So Grateful I was referred to Him!

Dr. Kosoy saved my life !!! In 2004 I had a major surgery, and I almost died ! He was there watching over me at the hospital every single day to make sure everything what other medical professionals were doing is the better then the humanly possible ! I've never met a doctor besides Him who would've done the same !!! Since than, I'm His patient for life, together with my wife, and NOT only because He is a great doctor, with excellent medical knowledge, it's because He is a Great, Caring Man, a Wonderful Human being, all I can say I would trust Him with my life, and I recommend Him to everybody from all age groups !! Thank You for everything Dr. Kosoy
