List of Pediatrics On Broadway's Reviews
From being patient with a first time mom to a preemie to supporting us through an autism diagnosis and everything in between, the doctors, nurses and staff have been nothing but responsive, thorough, respectful, kind, and caring when dealing with our son and our family.
Our family has been going to this practice for the past 18 years and we can't say enough good things about Pediatrics on Broadway. We can always get an appointment when the kids are sick and they are excellent at scheduling convenient times for well visits. If we have questions in between visits we leave a message on the nurse's line and phone calls are quickly returned. Messages for the doctors through the patient portal are always answered in a timely manner. We have seen each of the three doctors over the years and love them all dearly. Dr. Dicker and Dr. Bob are excellent doctors who have a great way with kids and always made them laugh and disarmed then from being scared at the doctor's office. But as my three daughters got older we gravitated to Dr. DiTuri for well visits as I thought my daughters would be more comfortable with a female doctor for physicals. She is an excellent doctor with TONS of knowledge. She is very thorough and we never feel rushed. I know my kids are in good hands at Pediatrics on Broadway.
I can not say enough wonderful things about the doctors and staff at Pediatrics on Broadway!! Our family has been apart of their practice for over 25yrs. Each of the doctor’s have a unique personality and the kids adore them all. The staff is phenomenal. From calling to schedule an appointment, checking in & out they’re very quick and thorough. Any time I’ve called, they’ve gotten us in, even after hours. I’ve had questions for the nurses and they’re wonderful getting back to me with the information. Anytime we’ve need paperwork, forms or referrals, they expeditiously get it done. I can honestly say, between the staff and doctors, they are all like family to one another and get along so well. It’s a very welcoming office and everyone seems to love their employment there, which makes for a wonderful atmosphere. Hands down…. Highly recommend them.
I've heard nothing but great things about this practice. The doctors and staff are very courteous and helpful. I would recommend these doctors to all ny friends. Keep up the good work!!!!
My family has been using pediatrics on Broadway for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are amazing and genuinely care for all the patients. I’m sad that my daughter will age out in another year or so because I don’t know where we are going to find another doctor as good as Dr Dituri - she is so good at connecting with my daughter and really listens to her concerns.
We have been taking our children to Pediatrics on Broadway for 12 years since my oldest was born and could not imagine going anywhere else. One of the last practices around that has a family feel, unlike others in the area that have many practitioners and are hard to get appointments with. Dr. Dicker, Dr. DeCristofano and Dr. DiTuri offer a wealth of knowledge and support to both the kiddos and parents. Highly recommend them to anyone in Morris county or the Denville area!
I have known Dr. Suzanne DiTuri for 25+ years and I consider her part of my extended family. She has a quirky sense of humor, is great with kids, and she is very knowledgeable. I have and will continue to rely on her skill and expertise. You would be in great hands with Dr. DiTuri.
We have going for 15 years to pediatrics On Broadway. We have never had one issue. The office staff has always been friendly, and if our kids were ever sick, they always got us in at a timely manner, even if we had to call after hours. One of the doctors always called back within at least 15 minutes. They were always so helpful and gave great advise ( being a new mom they always were so calming to speak to) Dr DuTuri is always so understanding and I trust her completely. My son needed a helmet, physical therapy for his neck due to torticollis, has severe tree nut and seasonal allergies, my daughter had 2 severe seizures as a baby and has guided us through the teenage years with nothing but support and great advise. We trust her completely with our children.
Based on the years we've been visiting we finally had enough! Dr. Suzanne's sarcasm and black humor and recent visit is too much. We recently came back from out of the country trip and our son got sick and when we contacted the nurse she was nice enough to set us up for 2:15pm to get him checked out. Few seconds later asked me to hold and 5 minutes wait came to a dead end. Dr. Told the nurse for us to wait 24hrs and of the symptoms continue to call back to get him checked out and that she cant see him because it could be a stomach virus. Meanwhile he was suffering with a severe headache, bad stomach ache, loss of appetite and high fever and barely drinking anything. We went to the ER instead to later find out that the tylenol and ibuprophen doze recommended by her was doubled. Hospital said its not going to help but make everything worse and its basically overdoze every 4 hours was upsetting his stomach and worsening the symptoms. We called the office to explain and find out what the deal was and found out that she didnt write down anything recommended by her self. Overdoze of any medicine can cause un-reversable organ damage and failure specially for children. We trusted her but now we just feel she's not there to help our children!
Always extra wait for every appointment 20-30 min delay guarantee!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
