Dr Collum has been the worst health care provider I have ever seen. Does not return calls and has little regard for patients. He is only fostering his medicare income. One word, horrible and a sorry case for a medical professional!

Dr Column and the office staff are great, however try not to have an emergency while their out to lunch!

Dr Collum has been my personal physician for more than 20 years, and I like him. However I have recently stopped going to him becuase his practice is not customer friendly. I have been on the same blood pressure meds for 15 years and they work, but now I can't renew the prescription without being forced to come in for another quick visit, which are never quick due to a full waiting room. No attempt at accomodation, and I just decided I'd had enough after arguing with the person on the phone. I asked for a call from Dr Collum but never heard, guess they don't kind losing clients. I will gamble wihout meds while I look for a new doctor. The medicial world has certainly changed.

Worst doctor and staff I have ever encountered. Treat the elderly as just that, they are just “old people” Zero compassion. Go elsewhere.

I have been a patient of Dr. Collum's for about a decade. He is very professional and very thorough. No nonsense approach with good perspective- sorting out what is important from what isn't. I'm especially impressed at the time he takes during the annual physical to ask about my health and then to listen to the answer- as a result, he identified and diagnosed my celiac disease, the discovery of which was truly life-changing for me. The only non-positive is that the office is solid but less stellar- perhaps a typical busy dr.'s office in which the patient doesn't entirely feel like a customer. They also have a technician on premises so blood tests can be administered without having to travel to a separate lab.

Wonderful man. Takes time to talk with you and explain questions and concerns. Best internist/family practitioner I have had the good fortune to know in my 63 years.

I was experiencing stomach cramping and the trots for a couple of days from a condition I had been diagnosed with by another MD in the same office. Dr. Cullen was on call when I called requesting the same medication his office prescribed for this. He offered absolutely no help and insisted my only option was to go to the ER. I only wanted the antibiotic to provide some relief that night and would have made an appointment with my doctor the next morning. That wasn’t even an option. It was the ER or suffer, so thanks to Dr. Cullum, I spent a third night with stomach cramps and little to no sleep. Don’t expect help when he’s on call.
