Referred by orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Fox is truly a master of his craft. I had a trigger release and revisited carpel tunnel surgery. Where before you could see the scar from surgery, Dr. Fox's sutures and surgery are unrecognizable and he made the other scar disappear. GREAT staff in office, pre op and post op.

Excellent doctor! Wish I would have known to see him after my hand injury

Dr. Ross Fox is one of my favorite doctors! I had been suffering terribly with pain in my hands and after being referred by my orthopedic doctor I had the chance to make an appointment with Dr. Fox he immediately diagnosed me with carpal tunnel. He recommended injection therapy first, however I was still in pain so we opted for surgery. He has a very pleasant, respectful bedside manner with patients, staff is friendly, office is clean. I have had surgery with him for both my hands and I am happy to say I am on the mend and would recommend him to others that suffer with hand or arm pain.

Stared at me like I was crazy and didn't bother doing anything to figure out what the problem with my hand was. Turns out (thanks to going to other doctors) I have pretty bad carpal tunnel. I would never recommend this dr based on 1. the complete lack of concern and care for his patients 2. what kind of hand surgeon completely misses something like carpal tunnel?

I am very pleased with the surgery Dr. Fox performed for Dupuytren's contracture. He was professional, personable, and very thorough in the pre- and post-op appointments. Highly recommended.

Great hand doctor for sure! He has operated on my rt hand and now is getting ready to operate on my other hand which was a complete disaster by another hand specialist (who claimed to be a hand specialist that is), Dr Fox is extremely thorough from his office visits to the operating room. I've been treated by Dr Fox twice now. First, emergency surgery for an infection in my right thumb and just recently for surgery for a fractured wrist. He came highly recommended by other doctors, who stressed how important hand surgery is given "there are so many bones." I found Dr Fox to be extremely qualified and have had excellent results with both surgeries. He is prompt, his staff is courteous and respectful. He is also kind and respects the pain and discomfort you can experience.

Recommended to Dr. Fox by neurologist and also my PCP for evaluation of my severe carpal tunnel syndrome in both hands. I was able to get an apptmt within a few weeks in Denville; Surgery was recommended for several reasons he clearly explained. I scheduled the surgery on the left hand first; recovered and completed the right hand just last week. Feeling so much better. Pins and needles improved but will take more time. The major pain is finally o v e r! Requirements pre-surgery for medical clearance, EKG results, and bloodwork were also explained and were my responsibility. Surgical Center on Ridgedale Ave in Cedar Knolls was top notch choice for the procedures.

Dr.Fox is very pleasant, very patient, careful listener, unbelievably quick and accurate in his diagnosis, Dr.Fox is par excellence in his approach and how he conducts the examination. I fully recommend Dr.Fox to be your go to doctor for hand related ailments.

Between a scaphoid fracture and tendinitis, I have had about 9 appointments with Dr. Fox. His knowledge in his field is amazing, as to be expected, but what makes him great is his ability to explain EVERYTHING involved with my fracture, my surgery, and my tendinitis in a way I could completely understand. The appointments never felt rushed, no matter how many questions I had. His manner put me at complete ease every time I met with him, and his staff is no less personable or professional. He his hands down the best doctor I have ever seen, in any field.
