This is by far the worse dr visits experience I’ve ever had. I was looking for A pediatrician for my 14 year old and one on the way due next week! our second time at this office today when the receptionist just barged into the room where I was waiting and with a very fresh tone was telling me and demanding another number bc when it came to her confirming the appointment last week she couldn’t get through to me! I said ok I get it like relax she left and came back demanding payment from a co-pay due from the last visit I said ok let’s finishes up here something we can take care of before I leave nope still demanding payment so right there I got up took my son and told her that we will take out Business elsewhere! Knowing that this woman had the audacity to be nasty and not have sympathy for me a pregnant woman that’s due in a week how will I feel safe bringing my infant to this place! Nope thank you! No way I can trust my baby in their hands!!!!

MAJOR INSURANCE FRAUD!!!! If you visited this place please call your insurance to verify insurance payments. They will charge your insurance company even if you haven’t seen the doctor. Please don’t waste your time going here. They treat you like animals my dog gets better service at the vet.... my 9 month pregnant wife was harassed today for $19.27. My daughters have been seeing Dr Magadan for 23 years and they all LOVE HER! My oldest daughter asked if she can continue seeing Dr. Magadan although she is now an adult 😊. Dr Magadan is like family to us. Maggie is also extremely nice. Some other ladies at the front desk are not as friendly and/or understanding. Elena is also good when Dr Magadan’s agenda is too busy. I highly recommend them!

Words cannot express the complete incompetence of this entire practice. Nasty rude front desk staff. Doesn't notice major issues and ignores/minimizes them even when the parent points them out, no assistance with resources for special needs issues, basically useless. I'm sorry we ever went there. My son would be dead from malnutrition had we continued with her practice and listened to her. Horrible. Then they had the audacity to try to keep my kids records from me. Ended up charging me $250 to get them and tried to refuse to send them even AFTER I paid and sent them a paid FedEx box!!! I had to take a day off from work and stand in their office and scream at the nasty nosy front desk woman while she printed them.
